“I’ve had my fair share of pharmacies in Fairfield—CVS was terrible, Rite Aid was just okay, and when they closed I switched over to Stop & Shop Pharmacy since it’s the last one nearby. Honestly, I’m mad at myself for not switching sooner.
I want to specifically give credit and the spotlight Jonathan deserves. He is one of the most genuine, warm, and helpful people I’ve met. He made me feel like he truly cared about making sure I got my order on time, and whenever I had an issue, he was quick to help and fix it right away. That kind of care is something I deeply respect and admire.
When people go to the pharmacy, it’s usually not for fun—it’s because you’re sick or managing a health issue, which can be stressful. Having someone like Jonathan who goes out of his way to ease that stress makes all the difference.

“I've never used the pharmacy here. I've sworn off using walgreen Pharmacies because the lack of customer service seems to be consistent along the chain. But I love walgreen, the store! This store, in particular, has always been a pleasure to go to. It's one of the cleanest I've been to, and the customer service always seems on par. I've never encountered an enormous line with a lack of cashiers. I'm usually able to go in and out quickly. Why can't they all be like this? Is it just the neighborhood? I'll put up some pictures and videos next time I'm there.”

“This is one of the cleanest pharmacy stores I've been to in a while. Wide aisles, clear signage, well stocked. I'm not a fan of cvs, and I haven't been for decades. But this one was a breath of fresh air. Keep in mind I was in there just for one item, but it was fairly empty on this rainy Saturday, so I walked around a bit. Picked up a few more small things and checked out pretty quickly. It's amazing the difference between a store in fairfield versus the very same store in big city bridgeport. I mean, this store has carpet, and it looked like it's brand new and vacuumed. I wanted to lay on it and make snow angels! Why are standards so different? Get the same quality managers in our stores that they have.”

“I can confidently say that Black Rock Pharmacy is hands-down one of the best pharmacies if not the best pharmacy I’ve ever had experience of working with. Every single staff member on their team is friendly professional, and makes a note of making you feel heard and listened to. Not only that they are somehow able to fill your medication’s and lightning speed despite how many customers they have here in Fairfield. Whenever there is an issue with the medication, whether beyond back murder or just continued table, do what it takes to fix the situation and get you taking care of.
