I had a flat tire on my 2023 Porsche Macan S on Friday night May 24th, 2024 the night before Memorial Day weekend.
I tried to get it repaired that night but it was too late that night.
I contacted Porsche of Fairfield & they were able to get roadside assistance to change the tire the next morning.
I then was able to make arrangements to bring the car into their service dept Sat @ noon & they took care of the tire in just over 1 hour.
I was able to relax in your waiting area passing the time watching tv & having some snacks.
I think your service reps Michael Fournier & especially Dylan Bartolo handled this issue expertly considering it was Memorial Day weekend & I needed to go to Boston that night.
Thanks again for training your staff to treat customers in the most proper fashion. I will do my best to pass on this info to my friends & family.
