I did a pedicure with my fiancé . We did the pearl pedicure it was a great experience the massage was nice and they took their time . its a nice and quiet atmosphere it’s worth giving them a try .

I've been coming here for about a year and have usually been satisfied, but unfortunately, my recent visit left me disappointed. While I don't expect overly friendly service, I do expect professionalismand this time, that was lacking.
Toward the end of my session, Linda asked if I wanted another coat. I looked closely at my nails and said yes. She seemed visibly annoyed, spoke to another nail tech in another language, and returned with a different bottle. Without confirming, she painted my pinky nail a noticeably different shade of yellow. When I pointed it out and said I didn’t like it, she laughed and again spoke to her coworker, seemingly frustrated.
She then rushed through the rest of the service, and I noticed the staff had already started cleaning up as if they were closing—even though it was only 6:15 and the salon closes at 7.
I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed by the lack of care and attention during this visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it’s not reflective of the experience I’ve come to expect here.

Wasted my money coming! Not once but twice times with the promise of a better experience. My nails will break or crack within 1 week and I have to get it fixed again.
The nail tech filed the nails wayyy too thin I never experienced this before, by day three nail started to lift. I wish they gave me another tech instead of the same one.
But if you want a pedicure John is amazing

If you want to get tips from here DO NOT!!! Not even within 24 hours I had two fall off. They all starting to fall off super soon and are not worth the price. Wish I could give no stars

Walked in for service and they were able to help me in their last hour of the day! No frills type of salon but they were amazing, efficient, spent time on my cuticles and were very reasonably priced. The chair massage was amazing, definitely recommend adding that on too.

Wow, just had the worst experience at a nail salon EVER. Sat down for my manicure with Molly. She had just finished a client who had a pedicure. She continued to wear her gloves with out washing and brought along her tools from the pedicure client full of nail dust from filing including some toe nail clippings! I asked her if she could clean her tools which she did. I was still sleeved As far as the manicure itself, not so great uneven filing, topcoat applied unevenly, just an overall poor job. While I was at the drying table I watched her take the client after me, continuing to wear the dirty gloves not sanitizing and using the tools she used on me. Really a poorly run establishment which should be looked into by the health department. Very bad sanitary conditions overall. There are MUCH better salons in Fairfield.

John gave me a great dip manicure. I was so nervous to go because I had a very badly broken nail that was hurting and had been bleeding- and he was so gentle and kept making sure I was okay. Thanks, John!!

Update: I used to like going here until I had a very negative experience with an overly aggressive nail technician. I had pointed out my cuticles were sensitive but still pushed through them and nicked them. I’ve been going elsewhere ever since. Two stars because of location and pricing.Previous Review: Fairfield best kept -not so- secret nail spot. After a year living here and trying out so many spots, I think I found my spot after a friend recommended it. It’s always busy so try to book in advance. Clean, efficient and friendly. Prices can’t be beat for the area.

I got my nails done here with tips and gel dip. A few days later 5 of the tips snapped off doing simple tasks like washing hair or getting dressed. I called and asked for some type of credit since I went home from college and was over 2 hours away and they refused saying it was not their fault. The nails that did not break are cracking on the polish and do not feel secured on my nail at all. It was $50 plus a $10 tip so I spent $60 on nails that lasted 3 days and I will never return to this salon. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This is the only place I ever experienced that they care for your appointment to be on time. Best service ever with Jack. This guy it is the best customer service, extremely talented and respectful.
