My appointment time was honored; the technician was pleasant and competent. I received my results within 24 hours and learned that, when keying the right buttons, you can get a print-out that compares each test's current results to the same tests taken in previous years, and in graphic form! Outstanding for detecting any trends, up or down.

I don't leave a lot of reviews but feel this one deserves it. Usually making an appt to get bloodwork is a TASK. And then you're still left waiting hours to be seen. Not here! Making the appointment online was super easy, was even able to make one for my son through my account. We arrived and were seen within seconds of checking in. My son and I were in and out in about 10 minutes. I had to go back today for some more bloodwork and was in and out in under 5 minutes. I will no longer procrastinate next time a doctor tells me to get bloodwork done.

I’m surprised to see that people are commenting upon how friendly “everyone” is; my husband has been in there times and there is no human in the lobby; check in is via a kiosk. Absolutely nobody available to answer questions. In my husbands experience, there has only ever been a SINGLE phlebotomist on (which is why the 1 star-she’s wonderful, I’m not sure how she gets through the day!), and they performed the incorrect test (which they ran simply based upon what the kiosk indicated; no double checking procedures in place!) the first time. Now my husband is trying to schedule his next test, but the website isn’t working ( no surprise there). When Quest had previously been staffed with humans, things ran efficiently and there was a point person for questions. How sad that we’ve replaced these great people with a kiosk. My husband is fortunate to have use of his full faculties, but what about others who might be confused, have limited vision, etc? I know this review is just going off into the anonymous ether, so really I’m just venting at this point. Gotta love the “business” of medicine.

Complete ignorance of special needs of our family. They were demanding and ill-mannered in the process of drawing blood. After tolerating their rudeness and ignorance in the process, they could not even complete all the tests that were needed. Thanks for nothing but a torturous experience.

Rinaldo, Phlebotomist in Fairfield, CTis excellent at his work. He is painless, and always gets it right the first time. I have small and difficult veins to draw blood from and I will only go to Rinaldo.
