Completely empty shelves. Went for aluminum foil: none. Gatorade: none. Batteries: eroded. Chips: none. I have no clue why they are still open or why I keep trying with this place after 3 years.

The shelves are empty. No one is to be found.
It’s basically an Amazon store you walk in you pick up whatever product is actually left on the shelf then you check yourself out without talking to anyone.

This pharmacy is great, always well stocked and has nice staff. This is my go to place for all my over the counter medications. It has good prices too😊

I'm extremely disappointed with some of the staff here. One of the older employees, I believe her name started with an R but I couldn't fully catch her name tag, was very aggressive with another worker expressing her "anxiousness". There were only 3 or so people in line. She said "I can't take care of her right now I have other customers, you need to help her" even though it was my turn. Her tone was very disrespectful, and not appreciated whatsoever. I will not be shopping here again

Was standing in line when the woman at the register who I was told name was Robin was criticizing people for their purchases or telling them they didn't buy enough. I felt personally offended so I went to shelf checkout instead. Self checkout wasn't working and she refused to fix it but instead demanded I get in line. Wanted to be in and out but she talks an awful lot...

The sales associate who helped me at checkout was condescending and just straight up rude. She questioned me in the rudest tone. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve had in any retail store let alone a pharmacy. Out of no where her personality changed just because I didn’t press a button on the credit card prompt. I never leave reviews but this experience was just straight up awful. I seriously almost left in tears. She was a blonde woman and claimed to have worked at CVS on black rock turnpike for years before coming to rite aid. I wonder why she was let go ….

Rite Aid of Fairfield is by far the friendliest & most helpful pharmacy in all of Fairfield County. The customer service is far beyond one can expect going to a pharmacy. When calling the pharmacy a staff member will pick up the phone right away without making you wait for a long period of time. Not only are they always in stock of scripts but they fill them in a timely manner without any issues. The Rite Aid pharmacy will go to all lengths to accommodate their customers. I know who I stay loyal to! Thank you so much!!!

There's a lot of one star reviews about RX but when do you ever review a pharmacy unless you're having a problem, imo it's more of a 3 star- ok not amazing pharmacy. In my experience the staff are just trying to do their jobs working for a disorganized company. They have tried to help me often. Been using this pharmacy for years and the staff I've seen stay the same hasn't seemed to stop caring about people at least.
