Jeep owner here. Service guys were kind and honest about the repair and timing. But the receptionist? Oh boy. She's just rude. Try to avoid her if you need to go here.If you're looking for a good Jeep dealer, go to Milford. Norwalk has smarmy salesmen and fairfield is hard to get an appointment at - if you can get past the receptionist.

Service manger Phil does not return phone calls and does not know what he's doing. Very unprofessional. I have a warranty and they said I needed a new transmission but I didn't notice anything wrong with my transmission I brought my jeep in for the air suspension which I had to bring it back several times because they couldn't fix it and didn't believe me when I said it's still not fixed. After they replaced my transmission soon as i drove off the lot my car's alignment pulls to the right and there's a rattling noise/ grinding noise coming from the front right wheel. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. You will have better luck asking a homeless guy to diagnose and fix your car then Phil and his team.

I took my Jeep in for service and they did 2 of the 4 items on my list even thought they said they could do all the items. One of the items they did was a oil change. I got the car home and found a puddle of oil on my garage floor after sitting for an hour. They spilled probably a quart of oil in the engine bay but never bothered to clean it up! Had to take it back the next day. Dirty shop, poorly organized.

The Scap Auto Group did a great job in selling us our car. We are in the process of getting ready to look for a new car and we will be returning to deal with them again. They have been good in dealing with them with general service calls (oil changes). The best part is they are just about a little bit more than a mile from our home so it makes things easy.
