If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager of the floral department is rude and has no customer service. I purchased balloons last night at 8pm for my 5 year old daughter who's party is today and they are already completely deflated. When I called to find out if there was a way to rectify this situation the floral manager was rude and disrespectful, saying that I should have known the balloons do not last for more than a day (something that was not told to me as I purchased them last night). I have never in my life had balloons last for less than 24 hours.This experience has been completely unacceptable. This would never happen if party city was still around.

Update: Store is now locking up their carts at 7 pm.
And corporate PR is so lazy they refuse to respond directly to this post.
Not worth shopping here any more. Checkers are acting as security guards when you walk in. Self check out is draconian. Why is ShopRite’s marketing plan to turn the store into a police state?
Please have the courage to respond ShopRite public relations. We dare you to respond without a cookie cutter response and attach your actual name and title to the response. We’re waiting…

I placed a fruit platter for my brother for Father’s Day & you all did an amazing job in putting it together and having it delivered on time with no problem. I will be definitely be using your service in produce . From start to finish, you were terrific and the price & size was great and my brother was very happy with everything. I have used edible arrangements in Fairfield and there was always issues getting the order correct so once again, thank you all for your service and looking forward to do more business with you. Tried to use a digital coupon, cashier says to go to customer service and rushed me to pay. Made it seem like I was trying to steal groceries. The cashier should learn proper customer service.

Spent over $400 for the holiday promotion. Brought in the receipt to get the free turkey. Their system had errors on the points. They did not honor the promotion. Spent well over $400 for nothing. Not honorable at all.
UPDATE: 03/30/24 - I called up customer service as requested. They still did nothing to fix the issue which is very disappointing.
