One of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. Totally didn’t do what I asked for. Asked to cut off the top and not toutch the back. Back was completely cut and front of my hair was left wet and in my face. When the barber said how do you like it I thought they were kidding because of how stupid it looked. I was able to style my hair fine on my own later on but lost a ton of length in the back. Absolute terrible haircut wouldn’t recommend unless your a dad

Tessa and Heidi need to be fired. Legit worst haircuts ive ever gotten. They cant even listen to directions. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS! Our “stylist” was Sharon. She cut up the back of my son’s neck and ears. After I pointed out that she cut him she replied with “I didn’t knick nothing” not even an apology to the 7 year old crying in her chair. Absolutely terrible. He looks like he was attacked by a cat.

I bring my son to all his hair cuts here since he was a baby .. but today I really do no like the hairstylist comments about my son hair like “ you haven’t brush it huh” or “ when do you have your last hair cut you really need it” or “ if you gonna leave it long you have to brush it more often” also I was sitting in the chair which has a board in the back and she is like “ don’t break the board” .. first I’m a grow up who take care of things and I’m aware of my surroundings so I don’t need those comments… I mean we are here for the service not for those kind of comments or for someone to make us feel uncomfortable… other than that.. I like it .. I have to said she did a great job with my son hair but just attitude no so good !

Not a fan, very rushed. My son is only 4 and she rushed so fast through his haircut he was scared the entire time. Also made multiple comments on his bangs…HATE that place now and will never go backService: Kids' cuts

Sara at the Fairfield store does an amazing job. Really seems like she cares about the finished product. She treats it has more then just a job. She takes the time to pay attention to detail. Always happy when she cuts my hair. Thanks Sara for always making me look good!Services: Hairstyling

First and last time trying Sports Clips… checked in online, when arrived they acknowledged my arrival yet didn’t put me in store so my name eventually dropped. They took a walk-in ahead of me, and I advised of my name dropping. She put me back in and asked if I was next… yes was the right answer. Not to them as another customer was arguing with me that he was there 10 min before me, and he was a walk-in. They said they rotate walk-in and online, so I reminded them they took a walk-in before me already. The lady stated he would be next and passed me up. Instead of making a scene, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. They don’t deserve my money.Would hate to think it’s because I was the only non Caucasian in the place, but hard to imagine any other reason based on their own explanation of rotating. Maybe they’re just incompetent or clueless…or maybe it’s all of the above.

Do not bother checking in online... they are incompetent and clueless in there. First time trying them, ended up leaving after the employees couldn't figure out how to use their own rotating system of online and walk-in. Waste of time...beware.

It was my first time at Sport Clips . Becky greeted me and proceeded to cut my hair. The young lady was very nice and friendly and did a nice job . Becky will be cutting my hair in the future . I was in and out quickly with a nice haircut .

The barber I had completely messed up my sideburns. She asked me how high I wanted them cards, and then just completely ignored it and did her own thing. This place has been pretty good in the past, but today was disappointing

Horrible customer service. Even after waiting over an hour and past the estimated wait time no one even acknowledge me. Even though there was clearly a stylist available who was talking with other customers and employees. The least they could do was thank me for my patience and let me know that i would be taken care of shortly. Just a total lack of respect for my time. Then they also ignored the email I sent to inform them of my disappointing experience!!. Instead they send me a spam email telling me it's time for a visit! I have gins to Sport clips for years but I will be finding a new company to give my business . one that values its customers and respects their time!!

Gives me the haircut I want and for a very reasonable price. I have so little hair that paying beaucoup for special styling is a fool's errand.

Sport Clips of Fairfield, Connecticut is great! The manager here really knows what she’s doing and can keep a conversation!
