The associates at this store were knowledgeable and they helped my mother and I through the process of turning on 2 lines with T-Mobile and 2 watches, they helped with making the price more affordable. Overall the experience was excellent, above average for most places that I have been.

The service inside the store left a lot to be desired. After 3 hours there, what initially came for was not solved. It took two days and my last call to finally activate my phone. Thanks to last person I spoke with ( I spoke to a total of 5 different persons on the phone) in addition to hours at the store. So the reason for the rating.

Excellent Service Provided by Yaniya COn August 29, 2022 at 6 p.m., I went to T-Mobile store located on 2071 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT 06825. I had purchased a Smart Phones from E-Bay and needed to transfer from my old phone. Yaniya spent at least an hour installing screen saver and completing the transfer. She was most polite and nice, and extremely smart, and I left T-Mobile well-informed, more comfortable with my phone. Thank You, Yaniya!John Akdikmen

Had an issue with my older iPhone yesterday and it proved to be a bit frustrating. I decided that it was time to visit my service provider, to see if they could resolve this issue. I was quickly helped by Anthony, who checked my phone settings. After a quick rundown, he asked me to remove my phone out of its case. He popped out the SIM card and exclaimed that it was older than dirt! Well, not his exact words, but his facial expressions said so! He checked my credentials and then got a new SIM card for my phone. He explained that the network may take 10-15 minutes to reset my service, but I should be good to go! Well, Anthony was wrong! It only took 5 minutes and my service was back to "normal". I have to say that the store was clean and orderly, no pressure sales! It's been a while since I've had to return to a brick and mortar location. But, Anthony certainly reminded me that customer service is still king!

horrible experience! had and appointment to repair my phone and after driving 40 mins each way, was told that the phone cannot be worked on as to a crack on the back the phone. which was not the issue I needed to be repaired. my issue was the charging port and was told that they don't even have the part. I asked for a manager and Andrew came out, completely indifferent to my situation and advised me to contact Assurant for a claim. I was not given any options for a new phone or upgrades. unfortunately after 16 years I will be taking my business to Verizon.

entire day was a waste of time. dealing both with tmobile and this retail location. got their "warranty" to get my phone fixed. asked if said item was in stock before i drove an hour in traffic. (was told yes) just to be told to go somewhere else. person attending me immediately threw his "expertise" in my face saying that the problem i KNOW i have is non existent. then im told to go to orange location which is atleast another hour away (without traffic) and guess what? that location doesn't deal with batteries at all! so i would have gone an other hour+ just to be told that they dont do that. then once they realize they cant do anything they then recommend the apple store. thanks black rock.

I wanted to get an upgrade today. They had 5 people on the floor then suddenly they disappeared to have only 2 people on the floor. I wasn’t even greeted when I entered yet everyone else was. After walking back and forth, Harry acknowledged me and signed me in. I was assisted by Sebastian.Sebastian, was alright to work with. He wasn’t very social and barely explained anything unless I asked him directly about the product. I felt like I was bothering him to inquire about a product I was buying.At the end of the interaction while waiting for my new iPhone to transfer data he began talking about his vacation. He openly vented how his manager would make him work 10 8 hour days straight to punish him for his time off and other things like calling out if he has to. He was going to be going on a vacation soon. I even said wow, you make the company look like a bad place to work. I was hopeful he’d change the direction of his conversation and then he continued on. He also said how great of a month he was having yet the other meme eta weren’t. How awkward is this?!I’d hope T-Mobile would address his whole attitude for the job and his lack of professionalism.I won’t be going back to this location to say the least! Oh and this a corporate store now, I’d rather go to the third party store because the service is much better!

My phone wasn't working properly, I first took it to the post road location in Fairfield because it's close to my house. They tried to fix it with no luck. So the next day I took it to the Black Rock turnpike location and Anthony fixed it in 10 minutes!!! Amazing, I was feeling like I was going to have to do a factory reset but Anthony really knows his stuff. I will from now on go to the black Rock location even though it's a little out of the way. Well worth it when you have people like Anthony!!! Thank you
