Drove an hour away for TSA appointment that I had, only to be turned away due to an internal issue.. it would have been GREAT to know that from SOMEONE (Staples or TSA) before I wasted time, gas and energy coming here.. what a shame.

I’ve always found workers to be very helpful at Staples. I always feel if I’m looking for something. I’m in someone else’s kitchen not knowing where anything is. I’ve never had a problem with finding someone to help me. I appreciate that attention that I get when I go to Staples.

They are absolutely amazing! I was using their printers earlier this afternoon. It wasn’t until 5 o’clock then I noticed my debit card was gone. After a desperate search, I went back to Staples with truly no hope that anybody would’ve turned it in. The team there immediately jumped on this, and within seconds, the manager came over with my card in hand! Following her was the employee who received it from a beautiful soul who handed it in after I left. To that mysterious person, I am eternally grateful for you!! To the team that immediately responded with kindness, I cannot thank you enough!!!!

I have tried to get TSA pre-check from this location two times with an appointment. The first time the machine was not working and I was not notified that the appointment was no longer valid until I went to the store. The second time The TSA worker left prior to my scheduled appointment.

I was immediately and efficiently directed to the item I needed, the manager suggested that I buy the size that allowed me to get a $15 discount, and Lorenzo at checkout helped me get on the app to save even more money. Great service!

Originally went to a different staples and had told me they couldn’t print 4 copies of a file until the end of the day.. that just seemed a little wild….
I drove over to this fairfield location and Santhi over at printing services was able to help me. I was out with 4 prints in less than 5 minutes
