Sadly after four times of my copy job not being right or ready I'm calling it quits on this place. Poorly run I will never come back again. One star for the employees who are at least nice. I feel sorry for them.

It is your average Staples store. You can pick up all of your office or school supplies here. The staff tends to be very helpful and the store seems to be very organized.

Stay away from this store. Nobody cares about customers, they run out of ink. Managers/supervisors are clueless. If you don’t like your job. Why are you working there. No apologies for no services. What’s ashamed.

Very disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism at this branch location. They inconvenience me and cost my business time and money‼️ and I wasn’t even offered any type of credit. You’re better at off using a small printing business.

There TSA services suck. Beware before going. Been here for over 3 hours and there walk in service is really bad. And the gentleman handling this department is so rude.

I drove two hours to this location today to purchase a twic card for my work. When I was helped at the TSA booth, the man asked me why I needed a card, not that it was any of his business, but that I needed it for work. He then tried to tell me as if it isn't my job to know that I in fact, do not need this for my job. He also refused to use my birth certificate, because there was not the date that it had been printed on the birth certificate. I then called my local Townhall and the TSA number, and they all told me it was not a requirement. I told him this, and he still did not take it. Not to mention this man was insanely rude, not to me, but the other people around me. I then drove another hour and a half to another staples location where they took my drivers license and used my Birth certificate without any issues at all. I don't know this man's name, but I think he was the rudest person I've come in contact with in the public before.

My husband and I were there Tues evening around 4:30-4:45pm for the TSA pre check service. We went in and a couple was leaving and we were the only 2 there. The guy (who was a pot-bellied man, dark hair) said "Do you have an appointment?" We replied "No." To be honest, we didn't know we had to have appointment. We had the application filled out online but didn't see.the part about an appointment. The guy goes "Well good thing I have time!" and proceeded to be rude to us. We decided to say nothing in response but his rudeness caught us off guard. Like, dude the comment was so unnecessary. I've worked in retail and such, and if there was reason to be rude, fine, but like, we didn't do anything. And there was NO ONE there. We weren't taking up your time with someone else's spot. In the future, cool it with you commentary.

Worst customer service ever all of the printers there always a problem or broken even when you ask for help no one helps you they ignore you if you need to do copy’s save yourself a trip and go to Milford location

OMG THE WHOLE STORE STINKS, ESPECIALLY THE PRINTING AREA. MAKES SENSE IT DOES SINCE THEY ALLOW THE HOMELESS TO SIT IN THERE AT NIGHT AND CHARGE THERE PHONES WHILE NODDING OFF. THE CHAIRS ARE ALL STAINED, it’s disgusting. I’ll make the trip to Norwalk from now on Gross! Don’t get me wrong I feel bad they’re homeless but staples should not be letting them sit in there nodding off from who knows what. Look at the floors in the printing area ?

Ordered merchandise to be delivered for the company I work for in Southport ct.Shipment left store at 7am and at 245 still had not arrived and when I called on the phone nobody picked up the phone.

On a consistent basis it takes FOREVER to get checked out.Every time I come here there is 1 cashier and 10 people in line.You guys need more help in this store.

I do not recommend this staples for printing services. They always have some type of issue with being able to provide printing services and delay projects by a long time. Also customer service is horrible. They never seem to get done things correctly nor in time and a lot of their employees working in the printing department have a bad attitude when it comes to helping customers and seemed annoyed when a customer needs help.
