I arrived at 3:15 for my 3:30 appointment and waited over an hour to get my haircut. A customer named John and Greg both arrived after me and were seen before me, with John openly stating he had a 4 pm appointment. They were both Caucasian males. I am an Asian male. I do not know if this is discrimination or not, but all I can say is I was objectively here before them and was not tended to. I was lied that it's a first come first serve basis. But I've been here over an hour.
I do also want to mention it's not my first time here. But this will likely be my last.

Friendly staff and convenience of booking on-line is great.. It’s a great place to go without spending a ton of money. Usually in and out in 15 minutes.

Great haircut here. Since graduating from law school, I have paid between $150 - $400 (she was featured in Glamour*!) per cut. That said, the $30 cut I got here definitely is of the same quality (even matches the cuts given by the Glamour-approved stylist). I have light layering at the end, and my hair looks great either blow-dried straight or naturally-dried into soft curls. Further, the stylist didn't make me engage in unnecessary chit-chat; she read my mood perfectly and didn't force small talk. Excellent experience all around.*Glamour is a magazine. I'm old.

This was the first haircut I've had since COVID. Pria to that I'd been cutting my hair using a beard-trimmer. As you might imagine, the results were somewhat limiting.Anyway I decided to finally go get a proper haircut & oh boy did I miss being able to do this. I'm so much happier with the way my hair looks now. Plus the experience was great... zero wait, friendly & professional staff, reasonable cost & was in & out in less than 15 minutes.

I have had a few horrible experiences at this Super cuts location 1st was with Gloria & 2nd by the supposed manager Tina, neither one of them have any customer service skills, not sure how they were hired! Owner/franchise owner should look into how employees are talking to customers! Very rude! I requested to speak to whoever owns this location about these two employees, they refused to give me information and other employees just looked the other way..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE..FIND ANOTHER SALON, THERE ARE MANY IN THE AREA!

Gloria is the absolute hair saver! I got my haircut at a salon and it was completely uneven and a ridiculous amount of money! I went to Supercuts because I NEVER had a bad haircut or style by them. As soon as Gloria saw me she immediately knew how to save my hair and was super positive! Connie also was so positive as she did an amazing color on a beautiful client! I will only go to Gloria and Supercuts for my color and cuts for now on! 100/10 recommend to everyone so BOOK!!!
