The worst customer service ,,, the bank was quiet, there’s one customer service associate which have no customer but she ignore the customers and when finally she came to us, she said she need to check if she has some appointments while no customer except us waiting for the service! and it took forever for her to check her appointments schedule, we just left the bank very unsatisfied ,,,

I love the A T M machine! You can deposit and withdraw any hour of the day/night, cash, checkSome of the tellers are "okay " like any other bank. Not happy working get another job! Something you'll enjoy doing just cause you're having a bad day don't make the customer have a bad day! It means a lot for your bank to have "HAPPY" INDIVIDUALS WORKING FOR THE BANK!I'LL WAIT IN A LONGGGGGG LINE BEFORE I GO TO SOME OF THOSE NASTY TELLERS.

The worst customer service I’ve had in the past 5 years hands down! I wouldn’t go back to this bank even if someone paid me, i’ll never be a TD bank customer again after my experience in this one location!

I almost regret this one star review because the teller was a young lady who was bright, pleasant, professional, friendly, and in all respects did her job perfectly. She will no doubt manage that bank one day soon. From our brief encounter I think I would be proud to have her as my granddaughter. The review is more aimed at the TD Bank teller training doctrine that encourages a Gestapo interrogation when you just want to deposit a check. I get it. People like to chat in banks. I don't. I have stuff to do. I use the ATM as much as possible. Here are some suggestions:1. Don't have a long chat with a customer when other customers are in the queue. You really want to learn about the old lady's cat? Take the old lady to Starbucks for a coffee on your own time at lunch. Not ours. If there is not a queue, ask about her cat, ferret, pig, psoriasis, whatever. I dont care. Enjoy!2. We did not go to school together, we were not in band together, we didnt date the same person, we didnt serve together in the Tet Offensive. I am a customer. I am old enough to be your grandfather. Do not address me by my first name because you see it on my debit card. I am addressed as 'Mr.' This is a business transaction. This isn't a Chuck E Cheese birthday party. I bet next week after my deposit the teller will say ' No prob Bruh' and invite me to a kegger on Fairfield Beach. 3. Do not ask me if I am working today or taking the day off, or what my plans are. WTF? What are you, the FBI? I feel like TD Bank will water-board me if I give the wrong answer. Are you collecting personal information for the Chinese? Is there a black Lincoln town car with blacked out windows following me when I leave the parking lot? We're on camera. Maybe I told my boss I was working and you get me to say I am not and it ends up viral on Tik Tik. Don't need it. 4. If I was starved for conversation, I would walk around with a parrot on my shoulder. If I initiate conversation with you, fine. You have to deal with it because I am a customer. But do not ask me unsolicited what my plans are for the rest of the day. I have some and they are not your business. This is not Mayberry where Aunt Bea knows everyone's business. Once again this has NOTHING to do with the nice young lady on this transaction who was spectacular and I would hire her anytime. But it is a very consistent theme with my infrequent visits to TD Bank, so it must be TD training and endemic to the organization. I understand it is a Canadian bank and those people are very friendly. But this isn't Saskatchewan. This review is earned by TD corporate. Here are the seven questions that are acceptable:1. Hello Mr. X, what can I do for you today?2. You seem to be having trouble. Can I help you insert your debit card?3. Do you want that in small or large bills?4. Do you want to know your balance? 5. Would you like a free ball point pen? Or a lollipop? 6. What is the air speed velocity of an unladen sparrow? 7. Thank you. Is there anything else I can do for you? I look forward to revising this review to two stars one day, depending on my next visit. Sincerely, CFC

Bank teller condescending told me she cannot replace my debit card. The card does not swipe and the chip stopped working. I went to the post road branch and it was replaced no problem.

When I opened an account at TD Bank the person who opened it made a major mistake in my tax ID number. Therefore I have not been able to access my account for nearly a year except to write a check. a TD Bank tried to tell me that I had to pay them about $500 because of overdraft charges that they put on my account and nobody could help me fix my account. This was during covered and nobody wanted to help me corporate wouldn't help me of the branch wouldn't help me until my fourth call. I'm currently sitting at their drive-thru going on about a half an hour now even though I was told that everything would be ready for me to close the account when I got here. You bottom line I would not ever ever recommend TD Bank to my worst enemy.

I love this bank. The people here are so nice and always strike up conversation with you. I've never waited more than five minutes on line. VERY clean and nice, probably the nicest bank I've ever been to. Also, convenient hours. Definitely recommend.

Not America's most convenient bank, but certainly its most expensive. Outrageous fees for customers. Today I was required to pay $8.00 per check to obtain two bank checks. I have had an account with TD since 2007. I opened the account because TD reimbursed customers for Non TD ATM fees -- and I got free checking with my direct payroll deposit. Those days are long gone. The fees -- even for a customer with direct deposit-- are outrageous. And, even if the teller is doing it with a smile on his face, charging a customer $8 for a bank check is just crappy customer service. The only reason I have remained a customer at this bank since they started charging fees is that I pay several monthly bills with automatic withdrawals from this account. I did not want the trouble of moving them to my other bank (where I get treated great for no fees). That's just not a good enough reason to stay anymore. Running, not walking, away.
