Where does the time go...4 hours later? It was a pleasant experience to spend with my mom shopping for her grandchildren. I was overwhelmed by the amount of options for gifts!
PS- love the manager who used to work on Westport as a hairstylist.

Love this store, but they are perpetually understaffed. Here shopping during one of the busiest weeks to shop for Xmas and there is ONE cashier and two staff people chatting and standing aside.17 ppl in line. Do better TJ Maxx!

My car was scratched pretty badly in front of the store while I was shopping. I went in and asked if they might have footage and the manager claimed that there are no cameras in front of the store. Albeit I was disappointed but in a whole that is very unsafe for customers. If a dangerous incident happened there wouldn’t be footage available…? quite strange. Do better TJ Maxx.

T. J. Maxx is a great store. Stocks of items as in Marshall's, a sister company, vary by store and season. This store was not particularly well stocked and the men's department, in particular had few offerings.

Bad bad costumer service , cold management when i tried to put a complaint. Employee putting stuff back not even saying excuse me when going so close to costumers
