I love doing service with this branch. I have gone at different times, for different reasons, lots of people, or being the only customer. They are small and do so much! Always a quick and friendly sufficient experience!

The employees in this location are just unkind/mean. I don’t consider myself particularly sensitive and I understand dealing with difficult customers can ware on you but they’re just on another level. It’s worth going out of your way to avoid them.

Initially their customer service person was not someone who should be in that role. HOWEVER last more recent times I’ve been there they’ve been great!! Appears they changed staff. Saw manager (maybe owner) watching 2 girls work. She must have gotten bad feedback, rightfully so at time, but good for her. She listened, made changes and now it’s been great. So if you were turned off give it another try. Hopefully it will stay great!

I wish I could give them 0 stars if I could Employees are very rude! My mom, she went in there to do notarize her paper And I guess the employees didn’t like the way she said it, and they were both laughing at her one of their name is Maureen I believe The other girl is new I believe If you guys want to be humiliated, do not go into that store Who they think they are acting like this? Save your time and go ups in Post Road They are way nicer!!

They don't provide tape but want to charge you for the tape LOL. They don't print anything for free they charge you $2 for a piece of paper. No wonder the reviews are low

Awful location. Rude woman who couldn’t be bothered to be helpful, heavily sighing while dragging her feet around. Go to Westport instead - worth the drive to avoid this place.I wish I knew her name but she has bleach blonde hair with dark roots.
