They don't provide tape but want to charge you for the tape LOL. They don't print anything for free they charge you $2 for a piece of paper. No wonder the reviews are low

Awful location. Rude woman who couldn’t be bothered to be helpful, heavily sighing while dragging her feet around. Go to Westport instead - worth the drive to avoid this place.I wish I knew her name but she has bleach blonde hair with dark roots.

I went to return an amazon package. Very easy. I had just got the package the day before, I just put it in my car as is. Amazon asks you to make sure there's no other shipping labels on the package but I couldn't get their labels off. Staff at the store told me don't worry about it, they'll cover them. They scanned the qr code on my phone, gave me a receipt and I was done. Great, seemless transaction. It's ample parking, as this is in a larger shopping strip. Handicap spots available as well. It was easy on and off the main road. But it wasn't s busy time when I was there, it's imagine at a busier, it's a bit of a wait to get across. But that is all of Blackrock turnpike, so...

The person below me in the “newest comments (Maryn Zieve).” You’re an idiot for coming to the store at 4:00pm when they literally close at 4. Why don’t you get there 30 minutes before they close. I’m telling everybody, people are ridiculously stupid and she’s one of them.I never had a problem with this store. They always packaged my packages secure and awesome!

The blonde woman who claimed to be a notary but couldn’t after 5 and wouldn’t notarize a legatee under a will is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. She acted like she had to go out of her way by even speaking to you, meanwhile she was joking around with her coworker in an empty store, and then when she decided she didn’t want to help me she said “have a nice day” in a sarcastic tone and laughed. I don’t know how a store could employ such a poor employee. I’m not the only review that explains this behavior. Will absolutely never return. The location on Post Road in Fairfield is 100x better.

Their customer service is awful ! There was a young lady that gave me attitude for simply telling her that she needs to scan each item individually because it’s separate. They need a better Customer service.

Well, they have done nothing. The mgr, Maureen(?) said she was going to call the supervisor at the post office. Well, what good would that do? I already spoke to the mgr , Aicia, at the p.o.! Maureen at UPS refuses to show me the camera footage. Gee, I wonder why. She has probably deleted it by now. I am inclined to believe that my orange box never left the store. I don't trust the staff there. Now I am out $200.00 I'm not finished with this.

This place is a clown show. Grumpy employees who will rip you off with way overpriced shipping services. We wanted to ship a small picture frame weighing less than a pound, no rush, and were quoted $32. That's absurd. Went to the nearby post office and got it shipped for $17.

I can’t recommend this UPS store for shipping from Westport Auction. I purchased several small to mid-size pictures and one large one last May. The large one was 43.25”x35”. Kerry Eastman originally told me the shipping price was $368.51 but on 6/10 emailed to say because there were two boxes the cost was $458.28, an additional $89.77 for the second box. UPS packed the small to mid-size pictures in one box and the large picture in that second box. They packed the large picture so poorly that when I received it the box was damaged and the large picture damaged beyond repair. Kerry Eastman only refunded me the price of the picture, but refused to give any money back for the actual shipping of that poorly packed large box. She wouldn’t return my emails or calls. She wouldn’t even give me a UPS damage claim number. I’d recommend you use one of their competitors when shopping at Westport Auctions.

This is the WORST, most unfriendly UPS store. These women are so miserable and lack any type of customer service. Such nasty attitudes. I ship a LOT of packages and have always just dropped off as they are pre labeled and I don’t need a receipt. However, here they insist I wait in (the always long) line so they can scan it to make sure it’s not FedEx?? I don’t understand this concept. The other Fairfield UPS doesn’t require this (and btw they are great, friendly and helpful). Nor do drop box locations. The store also always smells of cigarettes. The franchise owner should be really bummed about this store.
