My mom and I had the most pleasant experience at Verizon the day before Christmas Eve. We were helped by Bam, who was so patient, kind, and honest with us the whole time we were there. We both got new phones and he helped us through each step of setting them up. It was seamless! He was so honest about plan options which we really appreciated. If you need to go to Verizon in the area, go to this location and hope that you are connected with Bam!

We went in a half an hour before they closed. Carlos was still so nice and patient with us. He discussed options of changing the plan helped us with our phones and stayed much later than he should have. I apologize again Carlos, but you were outstanding and friendly. thank you

Shame on the employee
Thursday Sep 19th 2024 evening I went to the store and after politely asking for new phones, lines and plans I was advised rudely to go online and check plans as they are paper conscious ( i did not need any printouts) and would not like to print anything. I did then say, please can you show me something about the plans online and I was asked to go online myself. When asked about international roaming and calling internationally he said that they in this store are not aware of those plans and I should personally call the roaming department.
He really literarily threw me out

Do not ever go to this store! They scammed and robed me with 1000’$ of dollars! And on top of that The manager Mitch was laughed at my face and told me this is business and walked away! They part of a huge scamming circle! Stay far away from them! If you are an influencer feel free to reach me out! I have everything recorded!

Wish I could give a zero star. Last time I was here was 6 years ago and I swore I would Never be back. My son just opened a business account. And asked me to pick up activated phones. Still the same unprofessional As???!!'holes

The manager Mitchel helped us today. He was friendly and professional, gave us a discount on the activation fee, and included an iWatch (Black Friday deal) which was a very nice extra. There is a wait when you first enter the store, simply because the manager was helping several people at once. The store is very busy, but he never made us feel rushed or ignored. Excellent service.

I worked for Verizon for years and know the tactics they use to get you to "upgrade" your plan but don't tell you what they are removing on your account in order to get the cost to where you would accept the deal.It's a bait and switch and the tactics have not changed. Sales rep Daniel tried his best to hide the downgrade of my plan to offset the cost increase on the account while changing to an unlimited plan. But I knew what he offered was too good to be true.Never going back. Leaving Verizon as soon as the contract is up.
