I've never used the pharmacy here. I've sworn off using walgreen Pharmacies because the lack of customer service seems to be consistent along the chain. But I love walgreen, the store! This store, in particular, has always been a pleasure to go to. It's one of the cleanest I've been to, and the customer service always seems on par. I've never encountered an enormous line with a lack of cashiers. I'm usually able to go in and out quickly. Why can't they all be like this? Is it just the neighborhood? I'll put up some pictures and videos next time I'm there.

Waited 45 minutes for my vaccine even though I had an appointment. There was a line 15 deep to pick up scripts and a line ten deep for shots. Staff seemed to be excessively slow, with long breaks between vaccines. This will be the last time I come to this store.

Worst pharmacy the pharmacist in duty yell at me the there were not going to fill my prescription because there were going to close I was waiting for about 20 minutes and calling them vefore I got there like 30 minutes before they close this people have no respect for people who take there medication few year earlier they did great never a problem but now there rude they yell at you listen I work in costumer service and this people have no respect to no one.also I was not rude I just ask for them if they could please fill the prescription because my daughter run out of her medication.

This is my go to place for fedex drop offs (ground or express, super convenient) and cosmetics/little things/last minute gifts. Cashiers are always pleasant to deal with and friendly. When it comes to pharmacy, haven't dealt with them much, but on the 2 occasions I had - was pretty effortless and easy experience.

Script called in on 5/24, had to wait 30 mins for it on 5/30! The reason? We were closed a few days. Line of 12 customers, multiple customers waiting in lobby area for scripts to be filled. Terribly managed.

Cardio Rx submitted Wed are not ready 5 days later. Pharmacy closed Sat & Sun. Not open until 10:00 am M- F I will transfer my Rx to Black Rock Pharmacy.

Service at this Pharmacy is horrendous. People are untrained and incompetent. The management is most likely at fault so it's starting at the top and flowing down. But save yourself........and go elsewhere.

I called in for a general question about the Covid vaccine. The female that answered the phone did everything possible to pawn me off on a website to answer my questions. I then said to her that my questions are not addressed on any website. She proceeded to give me answers to questions I didn't even ask and did this 4 separate times. Each time I tried to explain, she just cut me off yet again. I worked as a pharmacy tech for 11 years. I understand fully the stress of her job, but I also fully understand how important it is to LISTEN to a customer and WHAT they are asking! Shame on her! The last words out of her mouth to me were that she doesn't know what to tell me. I told her thank you for being such a tremendous help! This is where the problems arise with big box pharmacies. No help!
