“Jake helped me pick out a watch that I was gifting a family member. We settled on a Cartier Ronde. When I let him know, I was coming in he had it ready for me, and gift wrapped it. He also spent considerable time educating us on diamond grading and showing us some rings, which has my wife considering upgrading her engagement ring. (Thanks Jake! he said sarcastically) Looking forward to my next purchase, or just stopping by (without my wife) to check out and talk about watches.”
“Just moved to Black Rock and my first visit to Henry C Reid was kind of a "wow" experience. Two of the co-owner Reid brothers introduced themselves and welcomed me to the store, which was unexpected. The floor Sales Executive Katie was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about all of the pieces I asked about, without being pushy. This is now "my jewelry store". The selection of jewelry is very diverse which really appealed to me and they had some beautiful Italian designed jewelry.”
