She communicated with me & coordinated specific toes to discuss while my girlfriend would be around. She was really helpful with keeping it a surprise, and of course helped answer all my questions. They did an amazing job!”
“Had a great experience last week with a quick scratch removal of a recently acquired Rolex . I met Kenny as I walked in and explained I just put a small scratch in my Submariner and to my surprise he has the watch man do it on the spot while I waited and no charge . Kenny and I talked about a future purchase and I will definitely be going to see him ! The store is very nice and I was offered a beverage while we talked about watches ! They also offer breitling &Cartier watches . The Rolex service is to notch in my opinion and will bring friends and family to them in the future”
