The best storage experience ever. First, the facility is spotless. Unlike many other facilities, this one has a cleaning person that keeps all of the public areas clean. Second, the facility has a truck that can be rented for $50 per half day. Much like the storage building the truck is clean and always in working order. The staff at this location is outstanding. John who is the director of this location is the epitome of customer service -- knowledgable, friendly, and very customer oriented. We were at this location for nearly 2 years and we actually liked going to our storage space.

I have a unit in the building. I was right up against closing on a Sunday and the Director John was able to get me in to unload during a stressful move. Building is very well kept and the staff are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend

We rented a storage unit for the summer to store college dorm furniture. Our experience at Westy in Fairfield was excellent. The staff there, John and Lindi, are extremely friendly and we had no issues at all during our rental. Everything worked perfectly, and the facility is well lit, very clean and extremely safe. We will definitely rent here again next summer.

If you are looking for a storage unit Westys is the place to go 2 years no fee increase that’s huge they have competitive prices, The assistant John was very helpful, he explained everything so I could understand and when they didn’t have a unit at his facility he tracked one down at another location very professional, kind, friendly. He is the Cats meow 😀

Best storage unit in area. Climate controlled, don't raise prices 2 months after renting (yes looking at the orange place right nearby), clean. Never a problem finding a cart. Only downfall for some might be the hours, but I have never once felt like I'd be murdered there(again orange place.)

I have been recommending this business to my clients in the piano moving and storage business and these guys don’t mess around when it comes to insurance and climate control. I store pianos that are high value at their stamford branch.
Great people. Hours could be more accessible but sometimes good because gives you the degree of separation you sometimes need.
Price isn’t cheap but when it comes to high end, cost is not the first question. When you pull out a piano months and years later and there isn’t a speck of dust on it, bravo!
