I was having a dinner party and had no idea where to start when it came to the wine. Mike was absolutely amazing. Not only was he very kind and patient, he told me exactly how many bottles I would need and his recommendations were spot on. My guests loved the wine choices and I was truly so appreciative for Mike’s guidance! This will be my go to place from now on!

The guys at the Wine Zone really know their stuff! Have had many great experiences there over the past few months and finally decided to post a review. Mike and team are always willing to give you good suggestions on what new products to try or help with any questions you might have. Have never had a bad experience here.

The guy at the Wine Zone could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Every time I come through Connecticut I look for Two Roads "Road 2 Ruin" DIPA. He was really busy accepting a delivery when I arrived (the place is tiny but well-stocked) and he held the delivery guy while he made sure I was able to find the product I wanted. Got my R2R and I'm headed home. Will definitely stop there again.

Fantastic Wine Selection! The owners are very nice. We were staying at the HiHo on our way back to MD from my wife's town in ME. We needed a bottle to enjoy in our room to unwind from our trip with our great 11 week old son. The owners couldn't have been nicer. We got a nice bottle of red and he threw in wine glasses and opened our bottle to let it breathe. I love these guys and will always buy wine from them when in the area. Great service and kindness go a long way in our book. Thank you so much kind sirs.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Never had such an awful experience in a store that I'm trying to spend money at. I've been in the store probably eight times never once had anyone that works there be friendly to me. Today I went in for my last time! I went back to the cooler to buy a $16 six pack of beer, when I pulled it out the top was covered with dirt and sticky. So I opened the cooler back up took two more six packs out to find a somewhat clean one. Looked over my shoulder and the old man is shaking his head at me telling me that they are all dirty and take what I get. As I went to the register he continued to give me a hard time for reaching in for a cleaner six pack. I told him "I wasn't going to buy a sixpack that was that disgusting on the top and it was no big deal to me so relax. I just reached in and got a clean one so to give it a rest and let me buy the beer." He told me "Go to some other store and get out he would call the cops" For what reason I don't know other than the fact that he is way to rude and grumpy to be working in a position where he has to interact with customers. I rarely take the time to write a review unless I go somewhere that is amazing or I go somewhere that is terrible. When I mentioned this to a few of my friends that are local to Fairfield they all said they hate this store and had the same experience where they always felt like they were not good enough to purchase beer here due to the attitude of this older man. I'm not sure if he's the owner but if he isn't the owner should try to get someone that's friendly to run his register.
