Terrible store.The wait in purchasing a device is just outrageous.over 30 minutes wait in just purchasing a device!!!?? This is ridiculous

Customer service on my repair was so bad
Waited 4 hours at the store and nothing was done (1st fail ). Have been calling everyday and nothing but attitude from staff. Your apple not bently. Nothing but lies and hung up on. They don’t like it when you call them out for what they are. Apple should do much better with helping customers. I have Apple care not Apple don’t care. Get it together Apple!!!

We came in on Saturday 11/15 around 12:30 and had an associate by the name of Echo help us. He was wonderful, very patient with all our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he went to find it. He didn’t rush us and had great customer service on a busy Saturday afternoon. As soon as we came in he greeted us and helped us get two phones and watches. We were very impressed on the entire experience.

These people are terrible. I'm sure it's a lot to do with their corporation, but still.
Went in to get my fiance a replacement phone through Apple Care. We had an appointment, and still waited about 45 min to get any sort of assistance. The gentleman that was helping us said they needed to replace the main component of the phone and the back glass, fine. He said he would put the parts on hold for us to come back the next day and get the repair done. We came back the next day, low and behold, they don't have the part on hold for us. The girl that was assisting us this day said that their system sometimes messes up and says they have things in stock when they really don't. She then tried to send us to another store that was 30 min away just to call them and find out they don't have it either and if we wanted the phone done today we would have to go to Norwalk, CT...... We decided to have the parts overnighted and we would go back AGAIN for the repairs. The parts didn't show up until Tuesday. I called them and talked a manager and the lead repair technician who stated that the repairs would absolutely get done today. Well surprise surprise when we got there they suddenly would not be able to accommodate same day repair and wanted us to come back the next day. At this point we have wasted 3 trips to this store. Luckily, she pulled an employee as he was leaving and said they can do it today, just for us to come back TWO HOURS later to find out they couldn't do the repair because there was allegedly water inside. FINALLY, the decided they were just going to replace the phone. Awesome. Went back yesterday to pick it up, ironically they were having issues with their system AGAIN. 4th time we've had to come here btw. We eventually got the phone an hour and a half later (also, had to pay $105 after this terrible service), just to have to go to T-Mobile to activate it again. You'll be better off going to a different store. This was the worst experience we've ever had doing anything. You're better off just buying a new phone out of pocket.

Customer service is horrible.
Was there to buy an iPhone and the attendant took my name and other info and told me to wait by that table.
Had to wait more than an hour and got no one to help.
Even I didnt need any help to discuss anything about the phone I just wanted to purchase it.
But I have no idea why did they make me wait for hours for another person.

No designated area to find an employee is a little tricky. The employee who helped us was great but the process to return some products took longer than it should have. The device she had was not loading or maybe it was a new system she was not familiar with. I'm not impressed by the store itself.

Went in to ask a question, got ignored by multiple employees while they all talked. When we were finally noticed by the big guy with the beard he proceeded to be very condescending to me and my mother who just wanted to see if something was in stock. He was beyond rude, disrespectful, condescending and dare I say misogynistic. Yes we are aware you close soon, you’re not too busy for a quick question. Every experience I’ve had with this store and phone has been painful. I wish I switched to Samsung.

Would leave zero. Was told false information twice and would not take cash as payment dispute calling support and online website saying they do. Rude customer service

impossible to phone anyone at the store. All calls that SEEM to be to a local CT phone number go to a robot at the national apple. Terrible experience losing over 2 hours of my time trying to reach a person who is actually located at the store in Connecticut or even to reach a live human being. this is about as bad as it gets in terms of customer service. I'm very disappointed.
