I worked with a Sales Rep named Douglas. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident about purchasing a new phone. I actually had moments of laughter when I forgot that it was a business transaction. It was a delightful interaction and when I need anything else from AT&T I'll be going back to the Westfarms location.

Jason was such a helpful guy he helped with upgrading my insurance on my phone. Saved me $5! i appreciate ATT, never had any issues with them.

AT&T manager Fitz at the west farms mall location was ver helpful and knowledgeable about all the phones and on all the questions that we were asking him.hes smart and efficient. My name is Jose Davila and me and my wife had was satisfied on how he handled all of our questions and how professional he was at all times.i would go back and recommend people to this store due to him.thanks.

Service, customer care and technical knowledge are the best! I visited AT&T on the lower level of Westfarms Mall because I needed a replacement phone & AT&T ‘s help setting it up. I am pushing 80 & know nothing about phones. No waiting. Justin Simao was great. Even got a deal. Thank you Jason & AT&T.

The sales associate (sorry missed his name) and manager Fitz were incredibly accommodating. I won't go anywhere except the store where Fitz manages. He's the best associate I've ever worked with. He treated me kind and even saved me a couple dollars on my plan. Hea looking out for me as a long time att customer! 10 stars!

Carson was great, I switched 5 phones from Verizon (20 yrs) and our cable from cox( 25yrs). Saved a lot and got new phones. Let alone the rebates.
The entire staff was helpful and professional , we found our new store.

Came to this store twice to get some help and the 2 employees who greeted me at the door were useless and pretty much did not help me on a problem I had when I ordered my phone through AT&T online and somehow ended on Liberty Mobile Network. Filed an FCC complaint and Within 2 days had AT&T office of the president contact me and fix my whole issue, I am back on AT&T network and not with Liberty Mobile. Did I mention to her this store ofc I did, hope ya get some training on how to help customers better.
