Awful customer service after several mixups that delayed connection over a week. A complete waste of my time and automation in ways that is inefficient and unhelpful. Definitely would not recommend.

I recently had an outstanding customer service experience that deserves recognition. After moving into a new home, I needed assistance setting up WiFi services. AT&T sent a technician, Troy, to handle the installation—and I couldn’t be more impressed.
Troy was not only highly knowledgeable but also demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through each step, ensuring we understood everything he was doing.
After previously being with another internet provider, this experience has completely won me over. Thanks to Troy and AT&T, I won’t be going anywhere else. Outstanding service!

The worst customer care. I was given an appointment time 2PM to 4PM to get Internet set up. No one showed up. I was asked to wait till 7:00 PM no one showed up.
I contacted customer rep multiple times, no one cares really.
I got call from a service person at late evening. He said he will get it done next day as he doesn't have equipment.
The next day I got email saying it's reschedule to 4 days after. I will not have don't have Internet for about a week then.
Is this acceptable situation for anyone. Since they promised, I got rid of my Internet. I should not have believed the customer rep that they are punctual. I got messages to confirm the appointment two days in row for the appointment they didn't show up

At&t are driven by fraudulent activity. If you over pay your bill they do not reflect it on your statements. They over charge for substandard service. Pay $90+ USD in the US for 1G internet. Instead you get 100MB or less for over 20 days of the month they only offer $18.00 compensation. This is the epitome of what's wrong with America. Pretend the owners were Black then act accordingly. Pathetic

Had a terrible time registering the wifi as I lived in a location without service. In case anyone was wondering, you need service or an existing wifi connection in order to login the first time so it’s impossible to setup in rural locations unless you happen to have a neighbor that will let you use there’s. When my roommate moved out, it took 3 phone calls and many hours frustrated trying to transfer the billing responsibilities. Finally when I moved out, it was a pain to cancel the service as I repeatedly told them I no longer needed wifi but asked for a new mailing address and kept trying to resell internet service instead of cancel it. I use the phone service and will continue to for my mobile phone but will never use their wifi again if I can help it.

Worst company. How hard is it to charge my new card. I was hacked. 3 MONTHS IN A ROW. AT&T despite bring given the new info. Turn it off. Then I have a late fee.

Zero stars if I could. Terrible service. Weak signal and regular drop-outs even with very few devices connected. The AT&T app always shows strong signal despite the obviously slow and irregular service. We tried adding a eeuro mesh system to help spread the signal, but the router is so slow there just isn’t enough signal to distribute. Avoid AT&T.
