Mathew - who works in the pharmacy at the Unionville CVS, is an amazing worker! He is kind, efficient, goes over & above to help the customers. He is fast & accurate! He’s the best worker I’ve ever seen in a pharmacy! Give him a raise! And no, I’m not related to him.

How have we arrived at this level of ineptness . Everything is an issue , nobody ever has answers and it is never easy picking anything up. I understand it is difficult to get people to work but shame on Aetna/CVS . I am confident Walgreens is no better. Walked in and asked if someone could help me unlock the printer ink. The women in the area said she would help when she was done scanning items. I stood there for 15 minutes while she essentially ignored me, until i eventually just left
