James was exceptional. He gave me clear, step-by-step instructions and even helped me operate the lock. He also walked us to our storage unit. My six-year-old son was with me, and James was incredibly friendly and kind to him. Outstanding customer service and a terrific experience!

Drew has been good but gate has been broken for over a month, Drew's manager or Extra Space needs to get this fixed ASAP, not sure what we are paying for when gate is open 24/7?
Very poor upper management, collecting $ and not fixing a major piece of their business.
