Not a good store at all. They people doesn't assemble anything i feel like their employees doesn't work at all. I was there last monday and an hour before they close. The employees were following me and making fun of me laughing at me which was so unappreciated and against work ethics. Please make sure Forever21 when you hire staff.

Went shopping today, I was waiting in line when I saw an open cashier just on her phone. After a couple of minutes waiting was when she called me up. She had the snarkiest attitude, no “Hello” or “Hi”. When I started talking to her about a price on jeans she started picking her teeth and nails in front of me with a horrible nasty attitude. Forever21 THIS is who you guys are hiring to welcome and tend your customers.

I always buy from here but would always see workers side eye or just be rude in silence. It’s something that get me and other people mad since not only are you making the store that you get payed at look bad, but I know you can get a strike and almost losing your job which I know can be bad since people use that money for school, paying bills, and even taking care of a family. But knowing that every time you’re going to the same exact store and with the same people working and every time you get the same bad experience, that’s when it’s a problem. It ruins people days like what it did to me and my mom. I get when some people don’t like working in retail but when people are asking questions and trying to make things less confusing, acting like your in the forth grade and making it more confusing for other people makes no sense. wasn't able to find the product over the phone that I just seen in store less than 24hours ago. the lady who helping was very nice and patient. the manager on duty(NOV 27,2022 @ 11:30AM) proceeds to get on the phone and in the middle of me speaking puts me on hold HOW RUDE!!

Terrible customers service, lady who seemed to be acting as the manager was rude when I tried to return an item. Aren’t upfront about store policies and, as someone who works in retail, I understand they do it so their store’s numbers look good. Unfortunately, it’s done at the expense of the customer

Visited westfarms. The attitudes of the young ppl at the registers are horrible. They shd be moved to the back by themselves or consider cust serv training - and use it! You never know who you are serving at the register so always give your best! As i walked up, handed him my items, said hi, heard crickets chirping in response. Ok. But The negative energy exuding from him was horrible.Then he had the nerve to dryly say have a nice day as he hands me the bag. F21 you can do better. Please choose to train these young ppl to use exemplary cust serv. It can only make the F21 organization be great! Thx.
