The hotel could use a refresh as various items are in disrepair. Staff was friendly.Kids were disappointed that there were no waffles for breakfast. The waffle iron that seems to be in every Homewood Suites I have ever visited broke and was not replaced.The maintenance engineer seemed overworked and not too friendly.

We had a great stay at HS while supporting family at UCONN Medical Farmington. The staff was great, the breakfast very good, coffee ample, and location extremely helpful. The kitchenette in the room was helpful and facilities were clean.

Out of the 4 nights we have stayed here there has been two cars that have gotten broken into in this parking lot. Not a safe area to come and there is no cameras outside the hotel.
