After being skipped in line a nice associate offered to help and politely tell me online J. Crew outlet orders CANNOT be returned at a J. CREW store..... closest outlet is 50 miles away.... not great policy/process...

Even tho hours says open till 9:30pm on Sat, I went there by 8.50pm and they were closed. I called the store. They said website is not correct with hours. Very dissapointing.

J.Crew....well, the help were 'in the weeds' @ the registers. The line was atleast 8 people deep & 5 of the people includ., myself were returning items. Note; return labels no longer included in catalog/online orders. I'm thinking one of j.crews saving $ strategies. Ummmm....
