Excellent work at an excellent price from Painting Kitchen Cabinets LLC. I do not often give five star reviews, but in this case, I could think of nothing to knock off a star. I had been searching for someone to paint my 45 year old cabinets for some time and found the prices to be beyond my reach. I contacted Frank and he came out and provided an estimate. His price was so much lower than the other, I was suspicious at first. But he was very polite, professional, and explained exactly what his process was. Throughout the process, he communicated with me effectively, came exactly when he said he would, and finished exactly when he said he would. During the entire time in my home, he was a pleasure to work with, and during this pandemic, he wore a mask the entire time he was in my home.

Frank is the most skilled and dedicated painter I have ever met. His work is incredible and his timeliness is even more impressive. He is kind, thoughtful, and dedicated to each and every project. He keeps you updated every step of the way and leaves you with a finished product that will wow you! His honesty and commitment is what make his services unbelievable. He painted the cabinets in my entire kitchen and three bathrooms in two weeks and the quality is astonishing. We cannot thank Painting Kitchen Cabinets LLC enough for giving us a kitchen and bathrooms that look brand new!

I recently purchased a new townhome and Frank painted all the mahogany cabinets in my laundry room, kitchen, master bath and guest bath to give them a new fresh look. He is very neat & efficient, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. The previous homeowner who always liked his mahogany cabinets stopped by to pick up his old mail and was impressed with the new makeover. Would recommend Frank for your painting needs.

I would highly recommend Painting Kitchen Cabinets LLC for kitchen cabinet painting for our condo in Middlebury and we needed someone who we could trust. We found Frank on Google and when we met him, we felt comfortable enough to give him our condo key because we were not in town the week that he scheduled our job with us. He was very trustworthy, and responsive, and did a professional, quality job for a fantastic price. We were very pleased and happy with everything.

Frank painted our kitchen cabinets and they look brand new! The products he uses have no offensive odor. Frank takes a lot of pride in his work and we highly recommend him. Prices are competitive and he is reliable and the job was completed as planned. He is a small local company which we prefer over a large company which over books and do not complete projects on time. 5 stars on our project. Thank you Painting Kitchen Cabinets LLC!

I contemplating having my kitchen cabinets painted. Leonard Paiting got right back to me. I sent in pictures of my cabinets. They quoted me a very reasonable price. I decided not to have the cabinets painted because some of them are not in good shape. Leonard Painting touched based with me several times to see if there was something they could do on their end. They seem very professional and reliable.

Leonard Painting and his team did a FANTASTIC job painting our kitchen cabinets. We are so happy with the way they turned out!! They were an oak wood and now they're white. They look amazing!! Professional job well-done. I also must add that Leonard and his team are very pleasant to have around in the house while they're working. Very respectful, courteous, and extremely clean. They swept up, and wiped up everything after each day of working. I highly recommend Leonard and his team. Very refreshing and positive experience.

I should have done my homework. I reached out to 4 painting companies to have my kitchen cabinets painted (from honey spice oak to white) and Leonard was the only one who replied. I sent him photos of my cabinets and he replied with a quote of $3,000. The quote was for "removing doors, sanding cabinets, priming, painting with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore advanced.Lenny showed up on time this past Sunday. He got right to work. The cabinets were emptied in advance of his arrival, as requested. He removed MOST of the cabinet doors. He left a corner (lazy susan) cabinet door attached, as well as one "blind base cabinet" door on the exterior of my kitchen island/peninsula attached and painted these doors where they hung. He did some sanding and primed the doors and cabinet faces. He did not remove the shelves, nor tape them off, and many of the shelves are now painted with "stripes." He also did not tape off the appliances, and I had to scrape/scrub paint off the sides of the dishwasher and the refrigerator. My Keurig coffee maker (I left it out and offered him to make himself some coffee) is speckled with white paint. My countertops and floors (wherever he did not have his drop cloth laid out) were also speckled with paint, although I will be replacing them soon. My stovetop...also speckled. I also discovered a complete 2" piece of trim down the side of the upper (over refrigerator) cabinet that was never finish painted...it was only primed. I found this when I was trimming out the crown molding I installed after Lenny finished. After Lenny had primed the cabinets, I noticed he had left the outlet cover still attached at the end of the island/peninsula. I removed the outlet cover and saw that he hadn't even painted behind it. I left the cover off and he completed the priming around the outlet. This is not the kind of attention to detail I would expect from a professional painter. One of my cabinets had an "extra hole" that I had drilled by accident on the wrong side many years ago. I filled the hole with wood filler and sanded a bit, and pointed it out to Lenny. He said that he would be repairing any small holes with wood filler and showed me the product he would use. Now I realize he never sanded down or filled that area. Still a pinhole and rough surface (see photo attached.)Some areas of cabinets (particularly the end grain of side trim pieces) needed me to add another coat of paint, as they still looked unfinished. The last inch of cabinet next to any wall also looked less-than-completely painted compared to the cabinet face next to it.Lenny attached the new hardware we picked out. Three of the cabinet pulls were "out" from the drawers about a half inch. He stated the screws "wouldn't go in" and he reattached them that way and said they were "good and solid." I couldn't leave them that way, so I had to take the fronts off the drawers and remove the hardware. I tried a different screw (had a bunch in my workbench) and they went in with no problems. I then reattached the faces to the drawer frames.I paid $3,000 cash and Lenny was there for a total of 17 hours. (7 hours the first day, 3 the second, 4 the third and 3 on the last day.)In retrospect, I should have waited for the other estimates, or gotten more from other companies, and had them spell out exactly what they would do and how they would do it. I should also have inspected the kitchen completely with a bright flashlight before paying Lenny and having him leave without even giving me a receipt.I'm basically happy with the new color and new look of the kitchen, but I would expect that a professional would be at least as finicky as I am. My wife talked me out of painting them myself, but now I'm questioning that decision. It's not the three grand...it's that I think I expected more.Service: Cabinet painting

Leonard was one of the first people I contacted when i started considering painting my kitchen cabinets. He was such a please to communicate with. He was very responsive and flexible, constantly kept in touch and tried hard to work with my budget. I ended up using my general contractor (who was working on several other projects in my home) in order to get the best deal possible. Nevertheless, I will reach out to Leonard in a heartbeat when next I have a major painting job.

Very prompt reply and fair quote. The timing was such that it didn’t work out, but I will definitely use him for future projects.
