I visited this Lovisa location on Saturday, 09/06/2025, for the first time. I had never been in this location before, so I was not sure what to expect. I was looking for some small lobe hoop earrings in gold. The employees here were EXTREMELY attentive despite the store being busy. Not only were they kind, they were patient and knowledgeable when I asked them if a certain earring size would be suitable. They also educated me on how certain materials were more sturdy and water-resistant. Both employees who were there that day, 2 young females, made me have an amazing experience, and I would definitely go back to this location a bunch of times. 10/10 recommend.

Definitely not returning to this store again! They couldn’t do a simple return and I had to stay out of line so they can cash out everyone else and then do my return!! Very rude and unprofessional…

False advertising. They had a sign that said 3 for 15 on the whole rack and each individual row said 3 for 15 also. But when we went to checkout they was not the case and the girl just shrugged her shoulders and said it’s wrong and it’s not her and there is nothing she can do about it and charged full price. Jewelry turns really fast anyways so it’s not even worth it.

Tara was amazing!!! She decked out me and my cousins ear and did it beautifully. I got five piercings total and none were painful. Additionally, did not get charged for getting the piercing done or the healing spray, only paid for the jewlery itself! 1000% go there!

I went to Lovisa in West Farms and got my cartilage pierced. Tara helped me out and she was the best!!! I had such a great experience with her and will definitely come back!!:)

I’m truly disappointed I walked into lovisa 12/22 & I saw a African American heavy set women with a black & mild in her hand on the sells floor & she was extremely rude to customer & the other employees & I just walked out I didn’t even bother buying anything
