Received a shirt for a gift. The 2nd time wearing the item my thumb literally ripped a hole in the shirt. I call the store and they said to bring it in and would take a look. I go to the store and that is literally all they did. I drove 45 minutes for absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service and will not spend a dime. Don't waste your time. Go to other stores tha stand behind their customers. I even have an account with them to be able to look up my information. They were almost insinuating that I had potentially stolen the shirt.

Bought an item and tried to return it and they would take it back after 30 days although they still sell it the item in the store. Terrible policy and no way to keep loyal customers. My future purchase will be at Alo and Athleta.

Great fitting experience for a pair of joggers. My sales associate was first rate. My only issue was that, though they do complimentary tailoring, they won't ship to your home. I'm 25 miles away and have to go back to the store for pickup.

Service is hit or miss. We shop there a lot - my husband and three kids love Lulu. I get a discount for being a phyisican. This discount is applied to my account. Already vetted and verified by their corporate office. All they need is my license to verify for the account. Can you tell me why, every time i have the older associate with reddish curly hair, she second guesses my account questioning what do… full on as if i am lying. How about none of your business as your only job is to verify i am who it says on my account. Also went in last week to discuss an item that needs to be fixed. Her response was ohhh these are really well worn. With nasty smirk. With the amount of money we spend on this brand i would appreciate better service. May consider ALO in the future. Lulu do better.

Terrible service. According to their website they do repairs, but when I came in the store they said they don’t. I bought a pair of leggings here and they can’t find my purchase in their system but how is it after one wash the seams are ripping apart. Don’t believe the hype, they suck. Money down the drain

Lots of nice clothing. There is a new location in the WestFarms Mall, the store is now located in the center of the mall still on the second floor by Tiffany’s.

I went shopping at the Flagship store in West Farms, CT. The store is bright, stylish and clean. The merchandise was displayed and very easy to shop. The manager Joanna helped me find a size for some items I liked. The customer service is top notch. I’m very happy with my sweat shirt selection. I was also looking for gifts for my family. Joanna was so helpful listening to me about what activities they like to do and finding some gifts. Shopping was made easy and very enjoyable. The staff working were also very nice and polite. I look forward buying from this store in the future.

I went in while shopping for leggings. I heard employees talking about how much fun the Diddy party was last night. Very concerning but I continued.
While trying on leggings in the changing room I could 100% hear the faint cry and beg of help from children. I’m very concerned who is running this Lulullemon

I had the best experience today with an employee named Devin, it was one of the nicest things a stranger has ever done for me. He helped me get out of the mall to where I was parked when I was CLEARLY lost (it was genuinely so embarrassing he had to have thought I was stupid). He also offered to help me carry one of my really heavy bags from Black Friday shopping. He had just gotten off of work and was heading home but decided to help someone out, that is genuine kindness. This interaction made my whole entire week and things like this give me so much hope for humanity.

I love my abc pants, have gone back and gotten a pair in every color.
They are pricey, yes but when you find something that lasts and fits as well as these you really can’t say no.

I am a healthcare worker and earned my RN and NP degrees during Covid. I shopped primarily at the New Haven store however I also frequented the West Hartford store at Westfarms. Not once was the healthcare worker discount mentioned to me despite shopping in scrubs many times. With their healthcare worker discount, I should have saved at least $200 on my purchases. This business claims to value and reward healthcare workers, however this does not stand up in practice at all. I will never shop here again. Be aware: most of their clothing is shoddy and will start breaking down with only a few washes. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere ESPECIALLY if you are a RN/NP/MD/DO. There are so many other great athleisure companies out there such as Alo, Athletica and Vuori. Lululemon lost a loyal customer today.

Carrie or Cassie (im sorry I forgot!) she helped me exchange some pants I didn’t like and showed me a new pair that I loved so much better. She was so sweet and professional about the situation, It made my time there really enjoyable.
