Maureen was the slowest cashier I’ve dealt w and complained how she came out of retirement but still can’t do her job in a timely manner? 45 minutes in line with 3 customers in front of me is not worth saving 5$.

Macy's Backstage is basically Burlington Coat Factory. They sell the exact same merchandise, at the exact same cost. Also, Burlington Coat Factory, is almost at the same plaza as the mall, maybe a mile away. Here you can find kids clothes, toys, shoes, home items, kitchen gadgets, accessories, and more. Certain areas are very messy and cluttered, and other areas are much more organized. They also have a case where they keep some odd luxury items, like Gucci or Valentino, and other similar brands. If these items interest you, it may be worth going to Backstage for this reason, as they don't supply these items at Burlington. I'm usually only there because I'm waiting to see my Optician, who's office is just around the corner.

Found a dress for our daughter on the website, which said it wasn't in stock at Westfarms but was in Manchester. We drove to Manchester and they didn't have it but said Westfarms did. They called Westfarms and were on hold forever before they were told the dress wasn't there. We drove to Westfarms anyway and it was sitting right there on the rack, clear as day. We stood around for at least 10 minutes waiting to check out because someone called in asking for the phone number for Carter's. Macy's, you are not 411. Please deal with actual customers first, get your inventory system under control, and clean the store. The carpets are filthy, the elevator had some horrifying substance smeared all over it and the first floor light was drawn in with a marker. Just a mess.
