Not a great experience… I was looking for a dress for a gala and it had holes in the seaming some of the dresses had embellishments falling off completely but were placed back on the floor as if nothing was wrong with the $300 dress. Disappointed to see the lack of quality or even when brought to the associate’s attention they said to put it back on the floor.

During my recent visit, the cashier named “Charlie” was exceptionally rude and mishandled the suit while removing the sensors. Also he put the suit in the bag so roughly that left wrinkles all over.

Macys Backstage is my absolute favorite. Unfortunately, yesterday the ladies stocking the womens perfumes pretended not to hear me ask a question 2 times and finally responded with a horrible attitude. I'm sorry for assuming you were in the field of customer services, but please continue your personal conversation about your dimples ? shame.
