This was a second opinion on my brakes. Midas did an exceptional inspection on the entire vehicle, not just the brakes, and that was free! Imagine my surprise they found other than what the other repair place said! The inspection included photos sent to my phone so i could see just what they were telling me. My estimate at the other place was $500 plus, but due to the correct diagnosis, my total bill was just under $300! These people are courteous, knowledgeable and timely. My brakes feel so much better! You can be sure i will be returning for any future work needed! ?

I had an egr/exhaust problem on my 07 Tundra which required an expensive fix. As a result of the work needed to fix that problem another exhaust leak on the opposite side got worse. Greg volunteered his personal time and the shops resources to fix it at no extra charge to me! It was 4 to 6 hours total that was needed. He really wanted to make sure that I was satisfied which I really appreciated, Thank you Greg!

To start, I chose this location, because of the great service my father received in the past. I needed a lot of work done on my 2015, Honda CRV. Greg/Ed and team explained all the needed safety repairs, made some other suggestions, and were able to fix my car in a timely manner. The team at the Midas in Farmington, on route 4, are excellent. Highly recommend them, A++.

Don't listen to the negative reviews on here. This place is top notch. I had a brake problem that I had been mentally neglecting now for over a month. Finally got so bad, I couldn't ignore it anymore. I called this Midas. They got me in same day. Did a full inspection for free, which is unheard of. They showed pictures and areas of concern. I came in for a 2:00 appointment. After the inspection was done, it was 3:30 p.m. They confirmed I needed new brakes and rotors, which I already suspected, and was the reason that I brought the vehicle in in the first place. I run a local landscaping business out of Farmington. I asked the guy if he could get the brakes and rotors done tonight. He said it's kind of going to be hard because it's already 3 :30 p.m. I explained to him I run a landscape business and I can't miss Friday. He asked his worker and his worker consented to staying longer after their 5: 00 pm closing time to help me out. Just want to to thank this business for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I now have four new rotors, four new brake pads, and there are no issues with my brakes whatsoever. It drives like a dream! They did say my wheels are on the verge of being needed to be replaced. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for new tires/possibly new/refurbished rims. Thanks to the hard-working people that made this possible and helped me.

At wits end with my 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe after a 'botched' repair(!) At another garage. Although my car has only 42,000 miles on it...THERE WAS A WHOLE HOST OF ISSUES!!! Greg At Midas was kind, courteous, and personable and willing to work with me to keep the costs down. He pointed out "must dos" and perhaps "can wait". I opted to have everything done! With a substantial discount, all the work was done, I'm road worthy once again and left a HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank You Greg and Midas Family.
