Went in for a pair of sunglasses. I knew I wanted to purchase but had a couple questions, the gentleman working the counter was super helpful and answered all my questions and provided me with the pair of sunglasses that I walked out of the store with. I thought about ordering off Amazon but I am happy I made the trip in to the store.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.Imagine this: You drive an hour to get to this store to do a corporate level exchange which Oakley does at all locations whenever you buy a pair and pay for the extra protection plan. One would assume that they would honor this whenever and wherever especially considering a customer who had driven an hour to do something as trivial as this and has been wearing Oakley apparel for the past 10 years right? WRONG! Apparently they don’t train enough people to actually do some things which are essential in regards to a return program and only teach these skills to supervisors who aren’t able to transfer these skills over to others in order for them to actually provide service to customers. Extremely disappointed in this location and would honestly recommend just taking the loss and driving to Providence. What kind of place has you pay extra for an agreement which should be honored at all times but only the times when it is convenient for them?

I love going to this oakley store (west farms) . I've been there twice recently and both times I was helped by the same associate/manager, he was very helpful and managed the store well even when he had to help multiple customers at once.

The two gentlemen that were working the day I was there were both very friendly and helpful. I went in with pictures of a pair I saw in the Wrentham, MA store because they wouldn’t sell me the pair and the guy that helped me was able to find the parts and build the custom pair that I wanted. He was fast and efficient and made sure to carefully ensure that glasses came together perfectly before he had me pay for them. He was detailed oriented and friendly along the way telling me what he was doing even though he didn’t really have to. The next time I need a pair of Oakleys I will definitely go to this store because they are the model for what I would expect for customer service and quality product. Can say enough good things about this store and the guys that work there.

The store assistant was great, quite knowledgeable of his products and gave strong suggestions/recommendations. I went in merely to ask a question, left with two pairs of sun glasses. Awesome ???????????????

Love the fact that I can go into a store to purchase Oakley glasses and accessories instead of online. The 2 sales associates in the store were very helpful and attentive.

Stopped by the Westfarms Mall store to order a pair of M2 Sunglasses. Talked with Naesan. Told him what I was looking for. Naesan took the time to listen. We custom built a pair of M2 sunglasses right there in the store for me! It was AWESOME!!! I also picked up a 2nd pair of sunglasses because of the deal Oakley was running. I will definitely be back! What a great staff at a great store!! Stop in and see Naesan, he will take care of you!!!
