The technician was so very pleasant, gentle and kind. She was reassuring and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She made drawing blood work a breeze, no discomfort and I sincerely hope I have her the next time I return for my next appointment.

Super quick and the folks that work there are very nice. Made an appointment online and check in process was easy! It was on a kiosk there is no one at the front desk but had no issues at all.

Quest has become horrible. On the phone it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person even when it’s critical to do so. In the Quest offices there is no one to help with registering your arrival, yet OFTEN the automated kiosk malfunctions. Then the system eventually tells you you are late and must reschedule. These situations are TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! .

So I am in the office and I click on their iPad that I’m a walk in and it’s currently 11:05 am , the first available is 1:15. This is the second time I’ve came here to try to get my blood work and the first time, they were closed for lunch which was around noon. What a huge inconvenience. Why do you even have walk ins? The reception desk is covered in cardboard so you can’t speak to anyone. And there was no one in the waiting room. Bad service. I won’t be coming back here

You need to change your hours posted on the web. You are not open at 6:45am. The building doesn't open until 8am.

They have cardboard up so that you cant see or talk to the staff at the window. I had a question & decided to leave once I saw that & went to a different location.

First time here, super impressed! I was able to register in advance, check in from my phone, & waited less than two minutes before they were calling my name. Very friendly & efficient!

I got there at 3:37p and they were already closed. They suppose to close at 3:45p. Very disappointed about patient care.

I was a walk in with a three minute wait time. When a whole family came in well after me, signed in as walk-ins as well. They called their family member who works in the lab and she came out and brought her whole family in before me. Thanks for the nepotism I had to wait a whole hour for two simple blood tests. Was reprimanded at my job because it took so long.

Over the course of my life I've gotten blood drawn probably close to 50 times at a dozen different locations but this was hands down the best experience. It was the quickest and least painful one I've ever gotten. Thank you to the steady hands at quest.

I want Quest Diagnostics staff both in Farmington and West Hartford, know that they are doing a great job. The staffs are friendly and respectable, the building is clean. Each time I visit its always fast service ,in and out without an appointment. Thanks Quest keep up the good work.
