I made my appointment online, arrived 10 minutes early, signed into kiosk, it scanned my ID and Insurance card. I was called in at the exact appointment time I made. The technician was respectful and kind. Overall, great experience.

The hours at this location are convenient compared to other Quest locations, and the staff members are always friendly and professional. My only gripe is that the entrance could use some cleaning and upkeep. Despite that, I’ll continue to come here—it’s a reliable spot overall.

Quest Diagnostics advertises they take walk-in appointments. Even the TV in the waiting room advertises that walk-ins are not a problem. “just sign in to be added to the queue.” Waited for an hour and half and the staff tells me they only accept walk ins if someone cancels. Completely different message than what is advertised. I was eventually seen, but it was a very frustrating experience due to the mixed messages.

I scheduled am appointment for 8:10 but when I got there there was no appointment, I scheduled another one for 11:20 and that worked out fine.

the two women on duty at 6am on Wednesday april24 were superb. My wife and I were walk in patients and your professionals squeezed us in in short order(and the Unionville,CT office was very busy that morning). I would be proud to have employees of that caliber. They deserve recognition from top management. jerry and ida franklin.
