I have been turned away 12 times in 6 months from this gas station because they didnt have 'change' in the drawers. The lotto company should stop selling here because its impossible to get tickets if they never have change

Their website and Google shows that they are open 24h hours - THEY ARE NOT. We just went at 10:30pm and they are completely in the dark and most certainly closed. If you want to close, fine, but fix your posted hours!
