My wife and I went into Tiffany & Co a few weeks ago. We were immediately greeted, and proceeded to shop around after informing the greeter that we just wanted to browse. We did not feel unwelcome at any point despite being close to closing time. Eventually we wanted to see a ring that my wife was interested in, and were immediately assisted. We decided we wanted some time to think about it and went to a neighboring store. We later returned and were assisted immediately. We proceeded with purchasing the ring, and despite running past their closing time we did not feel rushed or pressured. We were treated very well. Additionally, once the staff learned that my Tiffany wedding band was fitting a little large despite having it resized once already, they offered to have it serviced for free. Once the band was back from servicing I received a text notifying me, and Anita was very prompt in her communication.I do not recall the manager who had been working that day, but Anita was the associate that helped us throughout our shopping experience. We will be returning in the future.

I love working with Tiffany's staff. I was lucky enough to work with Julie on Saturday, 8.26.23. She was kind, sincere, thorough, helpful, and professional. Thank you, Julie! Every trip to Tiffany's, no matter when or where, is a joy.

My appointment with Enza surpassed all expectations as she exuded exceptional helpfulness and adaptability.My purpose for visiting was to acquire a gift for a friend's graduation, and Enza graciously offered a selection of recommendations.Ultimately, I opted for a classic piece, and I am thoroughly content with my choice. My husband and I went to Tiffany`s at Westfarms Mall yesterday to pick up a necklace I was having resized. We were greeted by a man and a woman asking what they could help us with. I stated my business and was immediately asked for identification. I produced my claim receipt and told her I had received a text message that my item was ready. She ignored me and again asked to see my driver`s license. She looked at it, took my claim receipt and pointed to two seats near the door and said “wait here”. She went in the back, got my necklace and came back to us and the nearest counter to the door, rang up the cost of the repair and said “have a nice day”. This was in direct contrast to the way we were treated when I brought in the necklace to be resized, when we were taken into a room and helped by a very polite young lady. We felt very unwelcome yesterday. It was my intention to shop while I was there and perhaps purchase another piece from this collection, however we did not and will not. This is not the behavior I expect from Tiffany`s staff and never have received at the store in New York City. I will not shop there again and neither will my daughters. Unfortunately Tiffany`s is loosing some long time customers. P.S. I have never been charged for a resizing before either.

I went into the store to look at watches. They didn't have the watch I was interested in and told I would have to pay for the watch I was interested in before they could get it into the store. I HAVE FOR MANY YEARS SOLD HIGH END JEWELRY AND HAVE NEVER TOLD ANY CUSTOMER THEY HAD TO PAY FOR THE PIECE JEWELRY TO GET IT INTO THE STORE. HOW INCREDIBLY LOW BROW. TIFFANY'S USED TO A VERY HIGH END STORE WHAT HAPPENED. RONALD DEROBERTIS

Tae Im was my first salesperson here, and four years later, she’s still the only one I deal with. It goes without saying that the store is polished and impeccable (wouldn’t expect any less given the brand’s reputation and history) and the jewelry is obviously top shelf (and ranges in price from astronomical to surprisingly affordable considering the product quality and brand connotations).That said, I’d rather take the time to point out how I feel shopping there. I go there every Christmas for my wife’s gift, and Tae is there each time and has never once forgotten my name, nor my wife, daughter, and son’s names. She also remembers my wife’s preferences (rose gold/gold vs. white gold, etc.), and instead of having to spend hours looking at a ton of different pieces or trying to sell me on the latest & greatest (I.e. the costliest), Tae immediately knows 2-3 pieces that I would like to look at, and which will compliment my wife’s current jewelry. She turns what could be a stressful and time intensive experience into a friendly, pleasant visit which I look forward too every year.I can’t thank Tae enough - she even sends me Christmas cards/thank you notes - AFTER I’ve already purchased the gift!And my wife has loved every single thing I’ve bought from Tae. So. Thanks Tae! And thanks Tiffany’s! See you in December!!!- Osee

Horrible customer service at this location. The employees here are very rude, and lack good customer service skills. The quality of the jewelry is poor considering the price point. I would never recommend or purchase anything from this company again.

Very disappointed in the service I received at this store. I purchased a ring at Tiffany less than a year ago which has broken three times after minimal wear and tear. The team notified me that they were not able to replace the ring despite how many times it has broken having the ring less than a year. They were not willing to fix it either since it has broken twice before. Will never purchase jewelry from here again as not only has the quality of their jewelry gone down hill, so has their customer service levels. Any other high-end jewelry store would’ve replaced the piece of jewelry. Tiffany quality and service certainly isn’t what it used to be. Spend your money elsewhere!
