“We came in looking for a wedding gift for myself as the groom. I always wanted a nice watch. We dealt with Linda who walked us through all of the offerings in the store, ultimately settling on a model. I had not given much lead time ahead of the wedding and no promises were made. However, within about a month and a half’s time, my exact request was met and delivered to the store. Again, Linda was fantastic, accommodating our schedule for pick up, walking us through set up & fitting. The personal communication was fantastic throughout the whole process and made it feel as though the whole staff was working with us to get our desired outcome. We can’t thank the West Hartford Lux Bond & Green team enough, especially Linda, and will be surely stopping by for any future jewelry purchases.”

They took care everything right away and did it for a fair rate. Spent $20 on everything all together and left with two working watches. Definitely swing by if you need anything! “Jim is one of the finest people I know. I have used him more than once. This time he came adjusted the clock by oiling it etc. However, when the clock still didn't keep time, he came back, took the movement, adjusted the suspension spring, made sure it was keeping time, brought it back and charged nothing extra. Apparently, the pendulum needed work. At a time when business people charge for every little thing, Jim stands out for being not only a great clock repair person, but an honorable person as well.”

“Just bought an engagement ring for my now fiance from this store and had an absolutely amazing experience. I already loved Micheal's Jewelers as a whole but working with Tim was hands down the best experience I've had with customer service. I live almost 300 miles away and did it all over the phone. They had the setting that I wanted custom made for me and helped me pick out the perfect center diamond, when I saw the ring in person for the first time I was in awe. My fiance loves it even more! And best part is it came right to my front door not a minute late with weekly updates on how the ring was coming along. 10/10 would recommend working with them you will not regret it.”
