RUN AWAY! Lots of miscommunications in this company, rude staff who hung up on us as a long term client and then lied about it to their boss, the boss covering up staff's rude behavior and refusing to acknowledge it, lack of communication between staff members about which services they offer resulting in 2 different answers, questionable billing tactics .......red flags for miles. Have since taken my business elsewhere and the new accountant has found lots of errors and issues with the work supposedly done.....
I wrote an email at the termination of service and was told we have a 0 balance and then receive back bills for months only to be told they were only looking at our "personal" account vs the "business" account, however they were primarily hired for my business and not for personal accounts. This appears retaliatory in nature and was handled unprofessionally. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
Presented email evidence to the owner of having a 0 balance to be met with excuses and to be told that if a review was left they would be saying how I haven't paid my bills. Businesses should steer clear and do themselves a favor and find someone more reputable.

Unhappy after several years using this company. They just didn't offer services I needed, had a lot of miscommunication towards the end of our business relationship, and ultimately one of the staff was very rude to a loyal customer and then defended by the owner. After discontinuing service had a new book keeper review things and lots was missed. I would not personally return to using this service.

Ed Muenzner and his team changed my families life in a profound and extraordinary way. I had been struggling to resolve a series of complicated financial & tax issues that were well beyond my ability to remedy. I hired advisors, accountants, and bookkeepers to no avail, possibly making matters worse. Eventually several people recommended Ed’s accounting firm- so I gave Ed a call. In that very first call I knew Ed and his company was what I had been missing. He immediately put me at ease and drew out a game plan for my unique situation. Ed and his team enthusiastically jumped into action to help me untangle and resolve my situation. I spent many months working with Ed and his team and it was so worth it! On the other side of this major project we were able to perform miracles and truly set a new course for my business and personal finances. My wife was overjoyed as well to see me overcome what felt like the impossible. Ed and his team are now a central partner for me and my business and I don’t do anything without consulting them. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. Their guidance has lead me and my family to chart a much better life for ourselves and we are so deeply grateful. Thank you Ed, Sarah, and the whole team for everything.

Ed has been handling our accounting,and payroll for about 8 years. He is a true professional who is on top of his game. He always has answered any questions we have and he makes himself available when we have needed him. He has our company ahead every tax season not behind! The entire office team is great and always helpful.
