I have been there for a while about five years. You guys have gone up on my rent four times the last one I’m up to $260. That’s what you guys sent me in a text then all of a sudden I get a bill for $289. What is going on? I am not happy with this place at all anymore.

Good price. But be aware, there was no onsite manager when I moved in. That was months ago. Anyway my unit got a lock put on it, they call it an overlock. I was paid in full. The customer support person agreed I was and had always been paid in full. There was no explanation of why a lock was on my unit. So when I went there on a Sunday I could not get at my motorcycle which was supposed to go on a trailer to VA. No onsite manager, customer call center not open on Sunday. So Monday they respond to my voicemail. I am given the opportunity to return to the storage unit and give them the three digit code that’s on the back of the lock and they will give me the code for the lock. So regardless of how far away I am etc, that’s the option. So seeing how I still have to work for a living, I can’t get there till Tuesday night. Guess what? Instead of sending the part time occasional onsite manager to take the damn lock off, the lock is still there. I call customer service. They are closed. I leave them the 3 digit code and I am left fuming over another wasted trip to storage. I still can’t get at my bike. So Wednesday morning they call me and I get the code and now I have the privilege of going back and taking the lock off and hope this doesn’t happen again. If getting at your items in a timely fashion, like you rented a uhaul and expect to move out, you might want to reconsider. Other than the problem of getting at what I paid to have stored, and no onsite manager at all to check for breakins etc, I don’t have any problems with them.

We had been at Murphys for years.The new owners came in and took away our AAA discount and our multiple unit discount and then started to raise the prices. The manager gave us the discount 1 more month and it stopped again. It has been multiple increases with the new owners.We moved out and was totally out by October 1,2023 and was still charged for the month. We notified the "manager" we would be out by 9/1/23 but since we are both disabled we could not finish so we called the office and the woman told us to just let her know when we were out, to clean it out,sweep it out and roll the doors down which we did and called the first day she was back in the office. We had left messages before on the machine or whatever they use and NEVER got a call back. Our cellphone service logs all calls in and out so we do have proof of those calls.Now we are told we are not getting a refund because we did not notify them in writing which no one told us was required because it was NOT required when we moved in back around 2010. We have also been told that the person who had been there and who knew about our leaving is no lopnger there and because she did not write anything down we will not get out money back.During the last several calls the new person in the office did not bother to tell us that writen notice would be required, she only told us to let her know when we are out.Things changed with the new owners.We had dumpster use but that changed. We were paying 255.00 and had to carry everything out. The tenants got screwed by people who did not even have a unit there. The gate was left open and contractors would pull in and empty their trucks into the dumpster. When we asked if we could dump some water damaged boxes and what was in them we were told corporate would not allow it. Then we found we had a leak in the roof and lost multiple computers that was being stored. Not worth going on about doors or how long it took to fix the gate.It may have 24 hour access but with the increases it just was not worth it. You can go down the street by the Subaru dealer and get a better price.

Customer service at Woodridge is definitely a 10. From start of conversation to finish very professional and made the process of getting signed up super easy. I would recommend Woodridge to anyone looking storage needs.

Very angry that is ruined my mothers stuff who has passed away. The stuff means a lot to me, what kind of protocols do you use to keep mice out of peoples units? I have no food in there just clothing and household stuff furniture., and I’m pretty upset that my stuff is ruined. This stuff is on replaceable.!!! And sentimental, who replaces that

The woman running the show is not only super friendly, welcoming, and sweet, she is also very cool, and she keeps the place clean and the guard dog is just the best! ;) I recommend my place 100% 5/5 stars

We moved out on 9/24/2022 and notified the manager. We were charged for the rest of the month PLUS October. I called and text the manager no less than 5 times. I was told it was a mistake, and that corporate would send me a check. I still have not recieved a refund and my calls are being ignored. DO NOT ALLOW THESE THIEVES TO AUTO WITHDRAW FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!

Best place to store your belongings! Awesome management very easy to work with, Grounds are always clean and if you any problems with your unit they will fix it !

Had raised prices 2 times this year. Doesn't fix the doors to your storage!!!! Charging for an invoice for 3.00 . I wouldn't recommend this place. Use a different storage place.

We just moved into the area. And we found that we needed an extra place to store some of our over abundance of belongings. The staff was really friendly and super helpful. It was a very quick and easy process running our storage unit. The best part is our boys loves the mini train.
