I called Buttermore's 3 times. I was told that they were scheduling 2 weeks out. I told them that was fine. The person who took the call said "OK. I will look at the schedule and give you a call in a couple days. " No one ever called me back. So, save yourself the hassle and call someone else. Maybe a person who actually wants your business.

I’m so please with Buttermore’s services they were fast and affordable to fix my water drainage system for my house. My basement flooded and as soon as they replaced the crushed piping my water which has been flooding into my basement drain out as soon are the repairs were made. Thank you so very much!!!

People like these guys but I was shocked to learn that they interfered with the sale of my property by sharing OLD information with another septic company without my permission while an inspection for a buyer was underway. Why? What possible good did this do? None to anyone. Beware. They do not keep confidential information to themselves.

Just purchased a new home in the Gales Ferry/Ledyard area. Called Buttermore’s and was able to get a same day appointment at a reasonable price. The gentlemen who came out and serviced my septic system were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. If you need septic service I could not recommend Buttermore’s more.

Came out and pumped my septic because it had clogged with paper from a previous house guest. Butter more was very polite and had the job done and my plumbing working properly in no time. I'll definitely call them again when the time comes!

Broken water line. Called Steve because these guys come highly recommended. He teamed with local Gales Ferry plumber and completed in two days, a 180 foot trench. Worked his way around so they didn't dig up my driveway. Line replaced. Topsoil and seeded and put all back together better than they started. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

I texted their emergency response number. I was immediately provided service and a time for when a crew could come out. They arrived early. Responded quickly to my septic issue. Explained everything and got my draining working properly once again!! Couldn’t ask for more!! And you can’t beat the cost of service. Incredible.Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
