Timely and informative, not to mention extremely helpful -- My car's battery totally died while being in the shop (alternator issue) and Dave and the caliber team came out to take a look after our business was done. They also took my car back in the shop, charged it and made sure it was safe to drive, all out of the kindness of their own hearts. My husband pointed out the details we had noticed with our bumper not sitting flush as it was before. However, Sabrina was very professional & understanding. She took the time to work with the insurance company and get the OEM parts needed for our vehicle so the car looked like it originally was. Turned out beautiful in the end. My insurance would only cover the cost of non-OEM parts, but CCC was able to find a dealership that would match the price so I was able to get genuine OEM parts for the price of aftermarket. If you need bodywork done to your vehicle, I'd suggest checking them out.”
