When it comes to business accounts, Chase forces people to go to branches to do many of the account actions like transferring rights on the account. As such my company with board members in multi states has constant, constant problems whenever we try to get something done as we are told "can you all please meet in a branch with us?" No... We have people on the east coast and west coast... No I'm not getting everyone in a branch together to change who has signing permission on the account....
I can't wait to close out my chase accounts for my business.

I am my father’s Power of Attorney and he has an account with both Chase and Bank of America. Getting adding at BOA took about two hours and was painless. Getting adding at Chase has been another story. I came in on 5/2 to get added and was told they would send the information to the legal department and would get back to me within a few business days. The first call I received after that appointment was not until 5/9 which was fine. I get things take a little longer. I had an appointment set up for 6/3 and met with Gilberto. I was told at that appointment everything should be all set but he would call me either way. Today is 6/23 and I have yet to hear back from him. I waited a little over a week and sent him an email because I know things happen. He never responded to that so I called the 877 number for phone banking and they told me they couldn’t talk to me which means this still has not been taking care of. I left two messages for Gilberto that day and he never called me back. At this point I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and the horrible customer service I received. This has been going on almost two months now and for the last almost three weeks I have had no communication at all from them. I am at my wits end with this branch and I am just trying to help my dad. My experience has been horrible and I hope they see this and do the right thing.

Francisco Rodriguez is a white unicorn in the arena of customer service period.My name is Loui and I’m a customer. I like to do a shout out to a special employee at Chase Bank located on 109 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury, CT 06033 Francisco Rodriguez his customer service is exceptional. The brand Chase Bank doesn’t make the business roll. It’s the super employee like Francisco Rodriguez who makes the brand better and brings al value for Chase Bank I’ve been around for 60 years 10 star rating for Francisco Rodriguez period.Loui-Life is better with Jesus.Our new addition to our family Chiquita life is better with a puppy-Loui.

One could only appreciate & respect this call. Therefore, I am updating this review from 1 ⭐️ to 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️.Sat., March 2, 2024:The Chase Bank in Glastonbury, CT desperately needs training on customer service.I went to open an account, the branch was empty and there were at least 3 employees present. All 3 employees did not have customers; they were at their respective desks. The representative said we can send you the link so that you can open the account online. So the branch wanted to get the credit for the account opening by sending me the link but they wanted me to open the account myself. Can you imagine the nerve? I said no thank you i will open it myself and left.This type of behavior and lack of customer service is a direct reflection of the branch leadership, and perhaps even Chase as a whole. There is no logical reason for the representative offering to send me the link so that I could pen the account myself when there were at least 3 brach employees present and no customers.Their lack of demonstrating basic customer service standards is indicative of why their ratings are low. It seems that the Glastonbury Chase Bank is selective in demonstrating good customer service. This branch will not have good success.

The team at the Chase Glastonbury branch are simply the best. I actually enjoy going to the bank. From the Manager, Shelia, to every member on the team - friendly, attentive, professional, and always there with a solution for personal or business needs. World class customer service and experience.

I had a few unpleasant interactions at this bank before speaking with the branch manager Sheila. She apologized for the inconvenience and helped me open my son’s high school account! She was thorough, very informative and created an amazing customer experience for both of us. I appreciate the time she took to address our concerns and make sure we had a pleasant experience moving forward. This is was customer service is about and I look forward to continuing to do business with Chase again!

Everytime I have to go here to conduct business I am told a different process for whatever business I need to conduct that day and am instructed that I need to make an appointment and come back another day. Then when I go for the appointment days later I’m told what I was previously told was incorrect and that they can’t help me. This has happened everytime I have gone to this branch.

I opened a business checking and saving account at the Glastonbury branch with Shruti Mallik. I had a promotion for $300 when opening these accounts.... I was called back 2 days later by Shruti Mallik and told they needed a copy of my license. Mind you she took my license 2 days earlier and did God knows what with it, but she didn't do what she was supposed to obviously...Cool no big deal right? I call Chase to make sure I did everything I had to do for the promotion and I find out Shruti Mallik did not apply the promotion to my account when I opened it at the branch. Do your job correctly, because now I'm out a $300 promotion because of you.

I went to the new Glastonbury branch to set up my new pin. After not having access to my account for a month I was more than upset. I was in the branch for 5 mins & everything was fixed. And I got a cute little gift bag with doggie treats too! Thank s for finally adding a branch here!!
