If I could, I would give them a zero.
I’ve been waiting patiently for over 30 minutes.
There were two workers, only one customer being helped, and no one acknowledged me. After they finished helping that customer and the customer left, I was still ignored.
Both employees the manager and the assistant manager were just talking to each other. I’m standing there clearly waiting, not being helped, and I was the only one in the store.
Very poor customer service.

I don’t normally write reviews, though I’m writing to highlight a positive experience that I recently had at FedEx Office. I went in there to make four poster sized prints. I’m a perfectionist, and though I was being polite, I fully admit that in retrospect, I was being handful because I kept having the clerks adjust the photos again and again until they were to my exact liking. This ended up taking a considerable amount of time. However, in spite of that, Diane and Thomas were both extremely helpful, patient, pleasant, and above all professional. Even though I was being very nitpicky, they always had a smile on their faces and made me feel like a valued customer. I now have the prints up on my wall and they look great thanks to Diane and Thomas.

I have been going to Staples for a long time and have not been treated well. If you need one copy printed out they tell you they're busy and to make an appointment. It is worse now than ever. The Manager is nasty and arrogant. Her young co worker would not print out saying she was too busy. SHE WAS SITTING ON A STOOL TEXTING! HOWEVER....good news is I tried FedEx in Glastonbury ct 06033 Glastonbury Blvd. Well what a different story. I met up with two fabulous employees...DIANE AND ZACK. They were the exact antithesis of the Staples employees. They were pleasant professional and a pleasure to do business with. I've been there twice this week. I never realized that they offered the same services as Staples in Glastonbury. I wish that everyone would be aware that they could do the same services...but with a kind and polite attitude. I'm going to tell as many people as I can to go there. Ask for Diane and Zack. However; I'm sure if they're not there you will be treated very well. I guess that FedEx is more selective with whom they hire.

I asked for information and prices on shipping a package today. Diane was so helpful and knowledgeable she give me the best advice. Diane is very pleasant and costumer friendly . I was able to get my package shipped in time for Christmas with the best and most economical way to ship.

Went in there to use the computer for a couple things and the guy told me I didn’t need the computer (? I do…) so I left and drove to another location. I guess the staff here is trained to drive customers away.

Yesterday I was informed that my package was delivered. I didn’t see any package from Home Depot so I reported the problem to Home Depot.
This morning I received a call from another town where the package was delivered. Two addresses were totally different. The driver of FedEx did not read the address 0r or he does not know how to read.
This morning I called the Glastonbury office to report this error. All I got was a voicemail. No live customer care. Please have a FedEx driver pick up the package where it was delivered in Glastonbury yesterday.

The associate went above and beyond for me. My label wasn't great so he printed it there, I paid for the box and he did the rest. Excellent customer service!

They always provide outstanding service with a smile. Calvin i see regularly when he delivers to our property and he is always super helpful and courteous. Kadeen works in the shipping center and always goes above and beyond. She anticipates the needs of the customers even before they ask and does it all with a smile. You can trust this place, it shows with their hardworking staff that they care. Thanks to all the ladies and gentlemen at this location.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Friendly polite staff. Extremely helpful. They package your items with care. Honestly you can’t ask for more. Thank you for making this as seamless as possible. Consider opening more of your locations.They are located by Stop & Shop and Barnes and Noble. Ample parking.Nice shopping plaza!
