I’m Wanda colon , I had service on my vehicle on 7/14 /2024 it was my automated done at middle town service was great there , any way I see that my car radio wasn’t working!! I work at East Hartford the Glastonbury it’s closer to me on the time I was there early morning asking my car needs the code , they said we little busy right now I ask can I come back later the lady said yes ok , the guy said we can fix it’s mot long to get fix , I call they said to come in we close at 7 I was there @ 5 pm the guy who was in the front desk Sam sed like red /blond heir white male young told me he can’t look at it today come tomorrow I told hem I call before I got here and he’s till refusing to help me very rude, really bad with customer service , they could told me that over the phone not waste my time!!!!! I spend $848 dollars on my service I got done to my vehicle to manager pls a-dress your co worker training needed

I went here to get my emissions testing done. I called the Friday before to see if I needed an appointment and they said they no longer do emissions testing and to go to the valvoline down the road. When I go to valvoline the next week they say they don’t do emission testing. I go back to Firestone and it’s over a 90 minute wait and you can’t put your name in to hold a spot. I ended up having to drive to hebron. This wasted so much of my time. Will not be returning ever.

From my last visit I highly recommend? you visit this location and see Darmesh Jainarine (Manager) he is very polite, patient and professional he answered all my questions and I feel he is very honest ? as I listen to how he dealt with each customer he is very consistent with each person and that is truly important ❤ #firestone ? They were able to get me in quickly and were extremely helpful in finding me a set of tires even though they had to get them from tire rack they coordinated it so that the driver got them to me on time. I really appreciate the service and the work they did. I will definitely be back. This is my third time.

Omg. This place is so slow. I had my emissions done here. They told me 45 minutes and it ended up being an hour and 45 minutes.
Poor communication, no updates. The representative struggled with the computer.
Do not go here. This is literally my worst experience with emissions.

They didn't put enough oil in my vehicle!!! They DO NOT honor appt times!!! Expect to wait! I am never coming back here. Tires were improperly inflated and it's a TIRE place!!

I went in to ask for a jump because my battery died in the adjacent lot next to the location. And they told me no because I’m not getting a service. I was just in for tire service a couple days ago at another location. I don’t buy tires anywhere but first one since I’ve owned a car which has been for over 20year at this point of my life. Not to mention it’s raining outside. I think it’s very inhumane and inconsiderate to have a valued customer of yours not become stranded and have to possibly call roadside assistance for a battery jump. Worst Firestone ever and I would never recommend anyone to get tires at Firestone ever again. I’m so upset at the fact I turn to a car shop for a simple jump and to be told no in the rain is ridiculous thanks for nothing Firestone
