Hartford Marathon Foundation, Inc. is a not for profit organization whose mission is to promote healthy living through fitness and physical activity for people of all ages, abilities, ethnicities, gender identities, orientations and experience levels, and to use HMF events to support charity, sustainability, tourism and economic growth in communities. Hartford Marathon Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in 1994.

Nicest group of people, cleanest facilities, well maintained course, safe and enjoyable, plenty of great food/drinks/vendors, well behaved crowd (humans and dogs). All around good experience

The course is so much better this year, loved it.. course support was amazing, never ending volunteers, loved that the town came out to support runners..

A nice variety of races throughout the year, with the big event being the Marathon/Half Marathon in October. The races are well organized, and are well-supported by volunteers. It's great that live events are back, but HMF did a nice job with some virtual events over the past year, too.
