I had an absolutely terrible experience with this branch specifically and the KeyBank call center. In total I dealt with 3 call center employees and 2 branch employees (Danielle and Isabelle) whom all of which were incompetent and unprofessional. All I was given is the run around and lied to and told that I'd hear back from them regarding my situation, in total it has been a month+ and I have yet to receive a single phone call from anyone/a manager. I will never waste my time with this branch again.

Staff seems extremely incompent. Everyone has a different answer in there. Simple transactions are extremely difficult to get done. The bankers have no idea how to do their jobs. Never have I ever had such trouble with a bank. Best part is the miscommunication of simple banking laws which I am extremely well versed with 20 years banking experience.

Really Bad! First of all, Key Bank in general is really bad! They have closed most of their branches on Saturdays. The ones that are still open are understaffed. I needed to make a change on a checking account. I called Glastonbury because the three branches in my area are not open on Saturdays. They said come on in, it will only take a minute. I drove there and was told I need to make an appointment. Key bank is very very bad. I have several accounts with Key bank and will know be closing all of them.

This bank is awful. I don't bank with them by choice, they purchased my loan from First Niagra Bank and since then have made it a living hell to service my account. It's been years and I just finally coerced my own account number out of them. Despite auto charging nearly 400 a month they would not provide me with the information. Not to mention their Call center is inexperienced. Contradicting themselves multiple times withing a ten minute conversation. I can promise you one thing: Bank with Key and you'll want to rip your hair out.

Made appointment on line for mortgage. When I got to bank no one had any idea of the appointment. Had to wait in long line to be told this because no one is available to help you. Closed my account with this incompetent bank.

I tried several times to get a recurring overdraft charge deleted from my checking account to no avail. I even visited the branch & followed up with emails & correspondence justifying my claim. I received no response back whatsoever from the Glastonbury Branch. Poor service & no communication

Terrible service, understaffed, not convenient. I am very disappointed, every time I have walked in to do banking there has been a very long wait at both the counter and the desks, I can't imagine they will be successful in town while doing such a poor job managing this location. Service at TD and United is excellent in comparison
